Last summer I decided to take care of myself and find a place that I can take classes and work out every once in a while. I stumbled upon Her365 and I am so happy I found them. It's a small, women run place created for women. There are classes daily and all the ones I have tried so far are amazing: Tabata with Antoinette on Tuesdays, Zumba with Marissa on Wednesdays, Zumba with Diana on Saturdays, Funky Friday Workout with Pam on Fridays and now yoga on Sundays are all unique and wonderful. When you become a member you can also access equipment 24 hr a day which is very convenient. And last by

WAITING TO ORDER MY TEE SHIRT AND TOWELS 😂😂
I have been a member of 365herfitness since it was Lady fitness. I missed a Year or two and when finally returned, after my work retirement, it is so much better, I think. I usually attend early mornings. When I joined, was still working and could only work out late evenings, and yes back then it was very clickish. Started back January 2018, to new owner, Marissa, new atmosphere, very clean. No signing boards, very much adult female atmosphere. This is definitely my me time.

I started going to Ladies express after Curves closed in Pinole. The place is very cliquish that starts from the staff down to older members. Most of the equipment is very old even rusting. They are happy to take your money but for the most part will only help out long time members. No let me say this clear you have staff who stand with long time members and gossip about other members After completing my contract I left due to all the gossiping, drama, and lack of help. I am at Hilltop YMCA and could not be more happy plus now along with helpful staff and a swimming pool.

New ownership is great! I'm glad I decided to stay. Even though my monthly increased by $10, it was well worth it. I have 24-hr. access and enjoy being with all women of different age groups.

First time back in the gym after a long break. Work got in the way of my self care and I've even been missing my steps. That all changed tonight in Gloria's new class. Then, Pam (as always) made sure I got my groove back with some entry pumping boot camp action. It's good to be back.

I've been a member since Dec 2017 and somewhat enjoy the gym. Lately the hydraulic equipment was replace with stacked weight equipment. When I've exercised at other gyms, instruction stickers were on the equipment along with a diagram as to which muscles are being worked. Unfortunately I've only seen a sticker on one piece of equipment. Not everyone can come during "open hours" for instruction on using the "new" equipment. I would also like to see ceiling fans or air conditioning. The small oscillating fans blow directly in my face while I'm on the

*writing this review for my mom as she doesn't have yelp*

My mom loves this place. She's been a runner for years, but wanted to change up her workout routine. She's been taking the classes for several months now and has really been enjoying them. She may even be getting a little rhythm since she's been taking Zumba, haha. ;)

I've never been here before, but was recently invited to take a PiYo class here....

I have to say, I kinda love it. Ok, I really love it! The owner Marissa is really nice and super helpful. The gym itself is small, but it has all of the machines and amenities you would need and in a more laid-back, intimate environment (compared to other gyms). Because it's a ladies only gym, you don't have to worry about all the meat-heads and gym rats ogling your butt while you're on the elliptical or trying to hit on you.

Marissa teaches Zumba here, which I plan to try soon. The PiYo class

Marissa the New Owner is the best! The gym is clean and well ventilated. Some of the equipment is older but new machines as well. The staff is friendly and willing to show you how to properly use the equipment. No waiting for a machine, music is always on. The classes are the best!!!

New owners, new look, and new equipment. I loved the Zumba class that Marissa teaches on Wednesday evening. I got 6,000 steps! I'm looking forward to using the Fitness on Demand classes for some variety.
I was a bit hesitant because of the hydraulic machines but they are perfect for someone just starting out or wanting a quick workout that is easy to follow.
The multiple body part cable machine is a great addition to take your workout to a higher level and the elliptical trainer (the one that starts at level 15 - WHAT?) make for an excellent workout.
I'm not one for resolutions so I am treating

Not really digging it. Staff have their fake smiles on and they are not really helpful when asked for help or clarifications. They are more like hall monitors with ego problems. I have seen them talk and laugh about clients while they workout. And they are constantly on the phone. They don't hang up even when clients are talking to them.

There no real system in place for signing up for machines and some clients are held to a different standard than the rest.

Some Pros: Not very crowded, all women, cleaner than other gyms.

Some More cons: Sauna rooms are SMALL. Really TINY!, no showers

This is my go to gym. It is for ladies only. It has a partial set up like Curves with the circuit set up. However they have a lot more to offer. Such as cardio machines, hand weights, a floor set up. With matts, balance ball, kettle balls, jump ropes. They offer a variety of classes such as zumba, personal fitness, and others. I personally have not joined in any classes. I just go in there do some cardio, free weights, crunches, and ab work. Not in that order. I always mix it up. Laurie is super helpful and always willing to answer any question you might have about membership or tips on healthy

I've been going to LWE since 2009... I love the ladies that workout there. They are such a joy to be around. I like the fact that I can go to the gym (looking like whatever) and really just focus on my workout.

All the trainers/front desk ladies are nice/friendly. The gym is clean.

I know I have a competitive side and if some young 20 year old hunk was on a machine next to me I would force myself to try and keep up. I realized that I would probably drop dead trying, but I can't control this side of me, so, a coed gym was not a good choice.

This location of Ladies Workout Express has a sauna, tanning booth and most of the machines that the coed gym had, plus interval circuit training like Curves. I can workout at my own pace and not worry about keeping up with hunky men and fit younger women. Maybe by next year I will be able to.

The employees are helpful and friendly
