My coaching program includes an amazing nutrition plan, fitness program and support system, designed to get you fit and healthy! I offer virtual personal training via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. All you need is a small space in your home (enough room to have a mat and a space to work). I prefer to work with women 40 years or older.

In fact, my oldest client is 75 years old (so, no excuses!). I provide workouts based on your activity, mobility and fitness levels. Focus is on strength, flexibility and balance. I approach health holistically. In other words, it isn't about just your physical health, but it's also about your mental/emotional well-being as well as your spiritual health.

Being the best version of yourself requires cultivating inner strength. Using a client-driven approach, PamG acknowledges that you are the expert in terms of your endurance. As coach, PamG is committed to challenging you to go beyond your comfort zone. Individual virtual coaching, which encompasses total wellness (mind, body, spirit) will help you attain strength, self-confidence and good mental health.
Individual Coaching is a one-on-one virtual personal training session with workouts designed based on your goals, mobility challenges and/or fitness level. These sessions are done via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. They are 50 minute sessions and you are given the opportunity to talk about your struggles, needs and goals.
I offer Wellness Coaching via phone and/or Skype. This coaching consists of help with food plans, best exercise regimen, behavior modification and overall assistance with transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. These sessions are at least 30 minutes in length and the rate is $35/per half hour or fraction thereof.
This book is a collection of affirmations and personal statements of gratitude. It is designed with journal pages that you may fill in with your own personal statements of gratitude and affirmations. An affirmation is the assertion that something exists or is true. This book is meant to lift, encourage and inspire you to reach for, and make true, your most heartfelt desires.
I have been working out with Pam at least twice a week for the past 2.5 years. I have always considered myself an athletic person, but I have not felt this strong since I was in high school! I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my overall strength, and my weight distribution has changed as well. My clothes are fitting better and people have told me you look good!
