Yoga is a science and its original mission was to prepare the body to meditate. There are 8 limbs of yoga, the Asana (exercise poses) is only one part. Secretly housed within yoga movements is the key to our central nervous systems. Once you learn how you can unlock the secret to your calm. If yoga is not your thing, we offer meditation, Tai Chi, health & wellness seminars, and other energy modalities like reiki.

Services
Yoga: props such as blankets, bolsters, chairs, straps, and blocks are available in all of our classes to support the body and meet the varied alignment and unique needs of each student. Breathe & Align: is a traditional Hatha flow yoga class where we move at a slow-to-moderate pace through postures using the powerful tool of our breath to allow time for exploration in the body, mind and emotions.

Calming, it's the first sensation you feel when walking in. The vault doors make you want to take all your stress and lock them up in exchange peacefulness. The sessions are just the right size so you don't feel lost in the crowd or attempting to keep up to instructor. The Inner Vault hands down has been the best yoga experience I have ever had.The Primal Flow is a MUST!
