Younique Yoga offers hot vinyasa yoga at 3 locations throughout New Jersey. Younique Yoga's instructors focus on strength, flexibility, and balance to offer a physically invigorating vinyasa yoga practice. Classes are 75 minutes long (unless otherwise stated on the calendar) and are for all levels- from beginner to advanced!
Our yoga instructors mainly use Vinyasa techniques. Vinyasa yoga synchronizes your physical movement to your breath, creating a rhythmically flowing sequence of poses. Our instructors teach all levels of yogis to help each student concentrate as they transition from one pose to the next with balance and control.

Awesome yoga, nice and hot vinyasa flow... instructors are great, nice place to have over the summer. I wish they had a water fountain or some type of filtered water and they should have more mats for rents (they could rent out at times)

Absolutely wonderful studio, took a morning class with Kim. She was one of the best instructors in my ten plus years of doing yoga. This was a hot yoga class but not hot in the type of try to bring you to a point of passing out. I would say that it’s more of a warm yoga which I personally prefer. Kim was very aware and engaged about helping EVERYONE in the class make proper adjustments. I love this place.

The instructors are very nice, the yoga classes are pretty good. My low rating here reflects the fact that management is completely unresponsive. I've emailed and called at least 5 times already (no exaggeration), and I've gotten no response about my issue, which is related to a health problem I am having. Once they've got your money for your subscription, that seems to be as far as management wants to take their customer service. I was expecting better from a yoga studio of all places. There are plenty of places to do yoga, I'll take my business elsewhere.

My favorite yoga studio by far. The instructors are amazing and the atmosphere is perfect. They have multiple locations in Belmar and Allenhurst as well. Check Groupon before you if you are interested in multiple classes. If you love yoga or are just looking for something new this studio is a must try.

This is for the belmar and allenhurst location. If you love hot yoga you will love Younique. This spot is not like any regular yoga place. I will admit I have favorites. Amanda and Jon are amazing. Jon will really whip your butt into shape he is not for the faint of heart. Amanda gives you a great mix of feeling stress free and a great workout. Don't get me wrong though EVERYONE there is amazing. It's not just your fall asleep yoga. It's get in shape and feel good. I honestly love it. I'm so grateful for finding a place that really gets what I need.

This is a great hot yoga studio at the shore. They only offer hot classes, no unheated. The instructors are all very nice and encouraging. They are instructive and will provide plenty of guidance when asked for, but they avoid being critical.
The space is comforting and there are no mirrors in the studio itself. There is a bathroom and shower in the back area, if you want to shower and get changed after class.
A drop in class is $14 and there are various packages that make the price per class less expensive. The prices are very reasonable compared to other work out classes in the area

Love Younique Yoga!!
Whenever I am in NJ I hit up either the Allenhurst or Belmar location of Younique for yoga. Great, energetic classes in a hot but not quite Bikram hot room. Since it's NJ, the teachers want to accent the "burn" for a perfect Jersey Shore beach body, which I find cute, but they back it up with knowledge and humor which makes it an enjoyable experience.
They often offer great class specials (15 classes for $100, etc) and are easygoing about the expiration dates, which is nice because I only come every few months.
They do charge for mat rentals, which I always
