I’ve lived here 2 years so read carefully. The apartment itself it awesome. It might be a little pricey but it’s worth it. They have washer, dryer and dish washers in all units. The pool is nice and the kids park too. The reason my review has a 1 star is because of these complaints I have and you will have if you move in. 1) PARKING(this won’t be fixed. There are very small amounts of spaces and they can’t build more)2)Office is closed weekends and they’re closed at random hours in the day 3) There is only one person running the office and 1 maintenance person 4) since 1 person runs the

This was the one place I was looking at when my apartment was kicking everyone out for renovations. It’s so pretty outside & in. I was told I could not move in with my ESA because he is a Pit Bull mix. He gets along with all humans and other animals, doesn’t bark and he’s an adult so no messes inside. He’s actually the worst at being a typical Pit Bull. Even though he is certified and I had an ESA animal, I was denied an application (which I’m pretty sure is illegal). Thankfully we found a place with only 15 days left to move out.

We really wanted to live here. Truthfully we don't want to move from where we are now, but it's being sold. I contacted the front office and explained my situation. I was told there would be an apartment ready the following week. I asked 4 times if I could get a tour when it's ready. Finally I give her a tour time because I hadn't been able to discuss it with the others I live with yet. We decide to change the time. Saturday and Sunday they happen to be closed which seems inconvenient to at least not have one weekend day open. Monday comes. I call a bunch no answer. I'm on my way by and I decide

I am really disappointed with this apartment complex. It is really nice and pretty expensive for a 1 bedroom only to have problems with parking and other things. They give out parking stickers to allow parking in front of building but never keep up with it. There is always a ton of cars here with no stickers and it’s not fair to the people paying rent having to struggle to find parking.
Also, it always smells like weed outside the building when you’re walking and inside the apartment if you’re around someone that just smokes all day in their apartment. They also enter your apartment without

Are there any apartment complexes out there that will accept a person with bad credit and a misdemeanor battery charge? Also are there any that include the electric?

We did have a roach problem when we moved in August 2019 but the issue was corrected right away- other than that the apartment itself was very nice. Our balcony over looked the pool and every Sunday from early morning to late night there would always be the same family at the pool having a cookout with lots of guests that were quite noisy and would ride their motorcycles around the complex playing loud music. The view of the pool was nice but not on days like that. Our time at Palms of Pinellas was cut short due to a job relocation. We thought the process was going to be smooth as we were told

This apartment is really nice and I’ve been here for two years, when I finally decided to move out, I gave Bri and Palms of Pinellas my letter of intent to vacate over thirty days in advance. They never once mentioned I had to return my parking permit decal but they were quick to bill me $25 for it. I mean these things don’t come off easily so even if I did return it, it would be shredded. Bri acted like she could care less and did not try to help what so ever. Absolutely ridiculous

The Palms of Pinellas management (Briana) staff has been outstanding to include the maintenance personnel (Roman). They are quick to respond to issues within the residence and exterior of the party, however my only issue with the location/ Palms of Pinellas management not within the party but their management company in a whole is the internet company which is govern on the site. Spectrum provider are the only authorized company allowed on the party which seems strange within self-unfair to us the residents. To be frank I sure there is a contract with the provided (Spectrum) and The Palms of Pinellas
