I held my wedding here back in 2018. One of the reasons I chose this venue was because they had rooms on sight (for some of my
elderly guests) and because of how luxurious the entrance and ballrooms were. I knew the hotel rooms were out-dated but didn’t care because I didn’t think i would be getting pictures taken in them and my guests were only sleeping there for one night. Well…prior to signing the contract, I asked to see the Bridal suite (several times on several different occasions). Every single time I asked to see it, they said it was “occupied”. Beautiful hotel. What went right- rooms were ready upon arrival. Valet parking worked out great. They have wheelchairs for those who need it. What went wrong- get in the room and there are no tissues anywhere. The accessible room has 2 queen beds. However, the beds are extra high. My dad who is elderly had the hardest time getting in/out. Why not make them lower for easier access? The common areas were freezing. When I told the front desk, she said "it's cold outside". What does that have to do with inside? My mom went to complain as well, he offered her a free breakfast. Then housekeeping came

Liked it but room for improvement.
The buffet breakfast was barely warm. By the time I sat down with my plate the eggs were cold.
Clam chowder was tasteless...I expected to at least taste some clams and my knife had food stuck on it (was suppose to be clean).
Room was very nice with a large TV and we had plenty of towels.

The Seaview Pines Golf Course is renowned as a prestigious and professional space. Given its respected reputation and close association with the PGA, my brother and I were eager to play there. We arrived today with high expectations for our golfing experience, but were immediately taken aback by our poor interactions with staff.
Upon arrival, we met a cart attendant named Warren. We asked Warren about the check-in process. Rather than simply provide us guidance, Warren rolled his eyes and scoffed at us. In a rude and deeply unprofessional, sarcastic tone, Warren said: "The Club House, obviously

The hotel was nice but the walls were very thin. My girlfriend and I had to endure hearing a drunk wedding party until 2 AM. They weren't yelling, just talking and it felt like they were in our room. Also after we checked out, I received an additional $20 charge on my card. When I called, I was told it was a hotel fee for the amenities like Wi-Fi. I was under the impression the $266 I paid included everything. It's only $20 but it felt like a bait and switch to me. If you're going to charge me the extra $20 regardless, why not make the reservation amount $20 more?

I started with the Calm Chowder. Whatever thickening agent was used took away from the taste and enjoyment. The Faroe Salmon on the other hand was quite good. It was cooked to my standards and was seasoned correctly for me. I shared a dessert with my wife and found it enjoyable but I don't remember what it was. The service was good and I thank Brianna for that.

I try to have a nice dinner with my wife this evening. I ordered claim casino and when I receive the clams I bite into a bad clam. Lucky I did not get sick. Then ordered chicken parmigiana and when I receive the dinner the sauce tasted like can sauce with way to much oregano. My wife had soup no exception it was satisfying. Our bread was cold and the butter frozen. My wife dinner chicken Marsala the Marsala sauce was Burt. The manager did not charge us which was good but the dinner was awful. I will not be going back.

This hotel is beautifully kept and comes with such interesting history as the elderly bellman will tell you all about should you be lucky enough to have him help you with your bags. Such great stories he will share with you of his more than 3 decades working at the Seaview. While being updated with the latest tech and in room appliances...he left me wishing the layers of pain could talk! Great stay for our sons wedding ❤

Underwhelming hotel on the outskirts of Atlantic City. Stayed here for a wedding. Booked room over 6 months ago at a "preferred group rate" discovered that the nightly price was $50 less if booked today. Looks like they updated the property recently with paint, carpet and new fixtures. Coffee sells for $3 a cup in the restaurant. Water is $2 a bottle. For the money they should offer a much better experience.

Wow--what a beautiful disaster. The exterior of the hotel is truly breathtaking; but don't let the interior fool you. The staff here is completely unprofessional and lost. When asking if it would be possible to check in, the front desk nonchalantly juggled our wait time, stating that out room wasn't ready yet but should be . . . " in about uhhh maybe in ten, fifteen minutes, even two. I don't know it depends." While the valet and bell boy continued to rush my 65 year-old-father "to hurry up" and get his things out of the car because he was "holding up the

I have been staying at the Seaview for last 20 years and have seen it transition through several different names and ownerships. This is my first visit back since it was renovated under the auspices of the Dolce/Wyndham brand. The lobby and decor is very nice and the room we were in was obviously newly done. This was not the problem. When we arrived we were told there was no chance we could check in until 4 o'clock. We were told that the hotel is having difficulty finding housekeeping staff and that they had to turn people away because they couldn't clean rooms in time for the weekend

Review of Bay Course only:
You know how when something was a thing a long time ago and you desperately try to hold on to it so tight that it slips away? That's this place. Here are 4 things that they try to sell you and my response now I have played the course. I got suckered into the advertising so I hope you don't fall into it.
1-PGA Championship in 1942, there's a reason it has never been back there or hosted any other majors like Bethpage, Baltustrol, etc
2- view of AC , granted AC is much better from afar, I give you that, but they don't mentioned the much closer and

Visited the dinning room this past Saturday. Now I understand it was Valentine's weekend but this was unacceptable. Reservations were required so they knew how many people to expect. A preset menu was the only option, so again, they knew how many diners they expected to serve. The first course of ravioli was cold. The soup was tasty. The salad was pre-made earlier in the evening since the beets were stuck to the plate. The filet was okay but again cold. Our Server was no where to be found during the course of the evening and when he appeared he was forgetful of things that we requested

We went on Christmas Eve and the tables were nicely spaced out no worries on social distancing. Service was great starting with employees in Valet (Kenny and Bruce) Super friendly and so helpful! Stephen at the front desk was so nice and friendly and great conversation!! Our waitress was wonderful and entire staff made our night relaxing and enjoyable! Ford who is the manager was so accommodating and so sweet! He was so attentive! Food was excellent, my kids and I had chicken Parm it was so good! We ate off the Italian special menu ( which they have every Friday night) and prices were great! I

(This visit was made during the times of Covidious in early July. When things return to a look of normality - your experience likely will vary.)
This one was a true blast from the past in a good way. In a different lifetime I worked for Marriott and this hotel was a Marriott affiliated property which meant the ability to stay here in the off-season super cheap (this part of South Jersey is not exactly a happening place in December) or once in long while on a shoulder night like a Sunday in season.
Fast forward many years, I work for a different hotel company and the Seaview has gone through

My family had a lovely time at the Seaview. I was happy to see the renovations but it wasn't the quality I would have expected. We stayed in the dog wing-- so I can only guess that those rooms are subpar. It was just an ok room in a very pretty hotel. While the staff was kind, I did find them uninformed. Many at the front desk did not know the area and could not make a recommendation. When I asked for restaurants, they handed me a piece of paper and said you can call and see if they have takeout. If it was my establishment, I'd have one person take 30 minutes out of their day to make

Lovely place from the outside and once inside it's all the vintage decor and more. I visited on down season, not much going on and seems like ghost town all around. However, this post is for the restaurant. Great service food and drinks. I had their burger with whisky bbq sauce, crispy bacon and yummy cheddar on poppy seed bun. Really good and would come back for the food.

I just love this hotel. It's so plush! So grand and inviting. Easy to get lost in the hotel...too many hallways, but it's still an imposing grand building. My double room had a huge powder room with a wall to wall mirror. Seemed like something out of 'Breakfast with Tiffany's'. The beds are so comfy and I slept off as soon as I got under the covers. I wish they had bedroom slippers though. Such a grand looking hotel should offer these.
Dining: I did not eat here as I did not find the menu appealing and I am particular about food but this is my personal opinion. The only

It looks a lot better on the inside! Fully remodeled rooms- at least the one I got which was on the third floor. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. And clean! I had a mini fridge and coffee as well. Nice large tv which was a plus.
I've stayed in a lot of hotels since I travel for work- and this is by far the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I've experienced! It's like sleeping on a form cloud.
The lobby has a restaurant and a bar. I stayed here for a beach weekend in Ventnor- which was a quick 20 minute expensive Lyft ride. It's also very close to Ac- about 15 minutes
