Scott was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I shopped 10 companies for rates before a friend referred me to Scott. I am so glad I was given his name. Not only did he offer the best rate, but he also made the process seem effortless on my part. Of course there was required documentation but Scott provided a list of needed docs that I was able to prepare. This helped so much so I did not have to get a new request item everyday. My husband and I wanted to refinance our home. It was hard to know where to even start or how to know we were getting the best deal shopping around ourselves. A friend of mine suggested calling Scott O’Connor at Signature Mortgage group as he helped them refinance. Scott was amazing! I called him and the very next day he had several options for us with great rates and we closed about 2 weeks later. He was great to work with. Very responsive answering our questions and great explaining things. Highly recommended!
