Talk about amazing service! Kyle Rau was our Mortgage Originator, and I could not have asked for a better person to have in my corner during the home buying process. This being our first home purchase there was a lot of stress and questions on our end and Kyle was able to answer all of them in a timely manner. I have used First Federal Bank for four homes loans. Rodney Adams is extremely knowledgable and helpful, as are most loan officers. But Rodney takes it steps further. He drops everything to help me, and I do need the help. He consistently comes up with solutions to issues that arise seemingly with every loan. For instance, with my last loan and on short notice, I couldn't make it home from CA to close on the house. He arranged for a virtual notary to complete the closing. It was very convenient.
