Holy cow, Adriana is a miracle worker!! She came in and saved our new build transaction only 1 week before close. Let me explain….
We were working with a local bank for the past 3 months. Plenty of time for them to ask for all paperwork needed and should have had everything closed roughly a month before closing. However, our newborn came early (1 week before close, just to add some heat to the situation) and our lender reached out to our realtor saying that it wasn’t looking good that we’d get approved b/c they didn’t like my husbands commission pay structure….enough on them though,

Clear Mortgage saved my buyer's VA loan. My buyer had originally applied with a company that appears at the top of a Google search with the name veterans in their title and were charged astronomical origination fees and a higher interest rate. They would have had to bring thousands to the closing table. I sent them to Clear Mortgage who was able to get their VA Loan done with 1% lower interest rate and no origination fees. Adriana and her team got us locked in for 15 years at a super low rate. We were on a tight timeline and the whole process, start to finish, took just over three weeks. We have had some pretty painful (and slow) experiences with lenders in the past, but this was NOT that. She gets it done quickly and painlessly, and her team responds usually within hours. Closing was booked right by our home and was also totally seamless, the closing agent had everything she needed ready to go and was super friendly. I've recommended Adriana to several friends who are looking at homes and will continue to do so
