Services
Chemical Precipitation Water Treatment Process consisted of a chemical addition and clarification. Depending upon the metals and presence of complexing agent, one or two reaction tanks are designed into the process, followed by a flocculation tank and clarifier. Our design concept for the Clarifier utilizes Stock's law for settling the flocculated particles, utilizing cross flow (horizontal flow) as well as Up-flow (vertical flow).
Ion Exchange Wastewater Treatment Technology was developed in the water industry where Cations and Anions are exchanged in water are exchanged with H and OH ions of the medium (resin) to produce ion free water. The application of Ion Exchange in wastewater treatment has been proven to be effective and currently numbers of facilities are using Ion Exchange System to treat and recycle their rinse water from their processes.
MicroFiltration Water Treatment Technology is normally utilized to replace clarifier from the precipitation process. This approach provides a better quality effluent from the treatment system as this technology filters down to 0.2 micron particles. However, it is susceptible to clogging, which requires acid and bleach cleaning.
Neutralization systems or acid waste neutralization (AWN) systems are designed specifically for non-metal bearing rinses. AWN can be designed as a compact package for up to 150 Gallons Per Minute (GPM). The small package system can be either a single stage batch system or a continuous two or three-stage system.
Sequential Batch Reactor Water Treatment (SBR) was developed for congested area where construction of collection system (sewer) is not cost effective. This technology was designed to for small to medium population such as apartment and office complexes, hospitals rest stops. Its advantage over the conventional domestic wastewater treatment system is its small foot print and ease of operation.
