If I could give negative stars I would! Seriously the worse experience I have ever encountered with anything. I hired this office in March of 2021 because I needed a cheap uncontested divorce. In June they had sent me another families documents, when I say documents I mean everything! Addresses, custody agreement, everyone's names including children. I brought this to their attention and everyone blamed everyone else. They never made it a big deal except to let me know my attorney was no longer with the firm. In July they still had not done anything more with my case. Finally got a new attorney

Based on the consultation, I’m very impressed. Michael T., the paralegal, met with me and was able to listen carefully, dig into my situation and provide me with solid recommendations. With all that I have on the line with this case, the team here was able to take some of the stress off my shoulders right away. I did not have a good experience with this law firm. My divorce has been final for almost 2 years and they are just now bombarding my Phone with Text and my Email with spam. I responded and asked them to take me off their mailing list and phone list that I did not want to get their text. and here we are, they are blowing up my phone and email. So not only did I not have a good experience when I needed legal help, they have totally ignored my request for privacy showing they are not really attentive to my needs or request. I live in Texas with no family around and no one that I could turn to for legal advice while seeking out my options for a divorce. Unfortunately my husband and I were dealing with an issue. Scared and confused, we turned to the Law Office of Bryan Fagan. Bryan was certain that Joanne would be a great lawyer to have on the case; boy was he right. Joanne was knowledgeable, persistent, and answered all of our questions in a timely matter. I went in for the free consultation to get a handle of what I need to get done the right way. Micheal didn't waste time rambling on about everything that could be said, instead he gave me a quick rundown and allowed me to ask what I had ready and answered concisely so we didn't lose any time on sideline chatting. He also inquired deeper into my questions and made sure I was aware of what else to consider.

WORST PLACE EVER. Ms. Hayes wasn't prepared at all for our case the judge asked her for different things and she was stuck on stupid... I had more information and was more prepared for a case that wasn't even mine. They charged so much for doing nothing. They charged 300.00 for them talking about my case with out me. Not once have they asked about my information I have or what I want. I should of had my sons last name changed and nothing! PLEASE STAY THE HECK AWAY!!! Zero stars for me!!!! 100% worst place ever please save your money and time. I beg of you stay away. The billing people

Stay away they will take your money and want more money. I paid over 9,000 dollars and all I got for this was two motions filed and lies. Still having issues with CPS and now having to deal with my original court appointed lawyer who only gave the advice of sign a conservarship to the care givers. Because thanks for the wrong advise from the attorney with this firm I am out of time to get custody of my child back from the corrupt cps and montgomery county judge. After staying in a facility for 5 months that I was referred to by CPS they are now telling me it is not an acceptable facility.

Zero stars they take advantage of clients wallets over 30k spent in the short time frame Less than one year. They claimed research and studyping my case yet didn't even know my child's last name and its listed throughout the court documents%%what a waste this company should be reported to the bar. Can there please be an option for zero stars? I do NOT have a single nice/good thing to say about Bryan Faggan and his company. My case was told to be very easy from many lawyers I consulted with; I went with bryan faggan beause of his reviews...I truthfully believe with the outragous bills he charges his clients, he MOST DEFINITELY pays for his reviews! BEYOND AWFUL

He charged me over $11,000 in only 7 months. Charged me money for stuff that wasn't submitted

Horrible experience. I am completely dissatisfied. Their lawyers are were not knowledgeable or helpful for my case and overcharged me. They were only nice before I gave my deposit. Once I signed a contract and they had my money they treated me horribly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! They should be ashamed to work for this "super" lawyer... they took 1,500 dollars of my money!!! They tell you what you want to hear and deliver on zero of their promises. They expect you to do the work for your case and will still charge you! Run don't use them they will take advantage of you, but I wish I would have read the other reviews before I got stuck with this nightmare of an attorney.

My account was paid off in January & months later I am being charged an additional $500. No one seems to answer my calls they all send me to voicemail, I've been calling for days & a lady that works there (don't wanna say names ) even said I don't know why they're not picking up or calling you back!!! Best thing to do is to drive there. I live 2 hours away!!!!! During covid I kept getting charged every month even though everything was closed & they weren't doing anything! DO NOT recommend!!

Money grab big time. Bill ya until your money is gone. Taking advantage of people. They Bill you, and don't even send statements or explanations. Big mess. Too late now, don't even care where the case goes at this point, no money to continue. Beware people, hide ya money, they'll take all of it.

I'm so sorry I didn't read these reviews a year ago before feeling ripped off. The jr. attorney with one year of experience was a total waste of thousands of dollars because instead of consulting with client, he chose to consult with opposing counsel. Even after senior review, per billing, he screwed up and failed to consult or listen to the client, not putting his fiduciary responsibility to us first. It was all about billable hours.

The billing department is right on top of things however and are timely. The legal staff seem arrogant, condescending, and incompetent. We had to obtain

After I canceled services with this law firm because they left me and my children defenseless in battle of a case they said they were experienced in representing, they are now calling me literally every other day, asking for payments where they only services really received from them were canceled appointments, runarounds when questions where asked to support my and my children's case, on top of inconsistencies after inconsistencies.

There's obviously no overhead site on how the "senior attorneys" are doing business. Please do not go with this attorney. Spent

I have had the privileged of having Mr. Ali and Ms. Collins as an attorney in my child custody case for over 2 months now . I wanted to shout out to the best paralegal Ms. Collins, there's hope when she is on your case. She will go far and beyond just like she did to win back my son. She is "UNSTOPPABLE " , God sent. Before I sought out legal counsel with 4 other attorney's in the Houston area only to have spent endless time for an enormous emotional battle. I will never use another attorney again, Mr Fagan team's is trustworthy, honest law firm. Truly one of a kind.

Bryan Fagan is very knowledgeable about family law and divorce and it is obvious from the way he interacts with others that he cares and works hard for his clients. The staff are very competent, responsive, kind, and caring. Further, the other attorneys in the office have a very strong work ethic and provide knowledgeable and aggressive representation for each of their clients. I have no problem giving this office five stars.

Definitely go to a diff attorney. Especially when there's so many to choose from. Why choose a bad one? I couldn't even get a copy of my custody contract order mailed to me (I moved out of state). After paying thousands of dollars, I would think getting a copy is the least they could've done. Zero communication unless initiated by you. This is pathetic. Your money will serve you better elsewhere. Consider yourself warned.

I have used Bryan Fagan on a couple occasions and was extremely pleased with his service. Having had a negative experience with other attorney's, I was very pleased with Bryan's services. Specifically, he returns phone calls and replies to emails promptly, keeps his deliverable dates, and has an extremely friendly and professional staff. Bryan also knows his way around family law so I would encourage anyone seeking a client focused attorney to hire Bryan.
