Manager tried to ignore the fact that the leasing terms include a auto renewal of the lease in 30 day increments after the initial term. She refused to honor the clause in the contract with no notice given to dictate otherwise. Manager proceeds to yell at my roommate and I when we inform her of the leasing clause and the laws that supported this argument legally. This was during the pandemic, mind you. After refusing to oblige by the legally binding contract, management contacted their lawyer who obvious told them to back off because the letter we received from them said they would agree to everything

I want to first say that the manager has been more than helpful with anything we've ever needed. He is very polite, respectful and easy to talk to. Grounds and landscaping are well maintained and pool is very clean. New roofing was just done on all the units and every carpet in hallways were also just cleaned. Management is doing everything they can to keep apartments in tip top shape.

I love my place it just I'm trying to get use to the black widows and German roaches here. Even if I clean they are still around. I use baits, bug spray and I don't even know if the baits are working. I'm just waiting this out I hope this place improves there wall structure. It would help us alot. I'm only here because its closer to my job. I hope things get better

Do NOT rent from here. They are Slumlords and they seem to have a thing against black people. When I first moved in, it was fine then they started raising the rent, the apartment manager is RUDE and a LIAR! There ARE Roaches, hope you like your new neighbors. The apartment manager is constantly gone with some sort of "emergency" As soon as the one female apartment manager left, this apartment complex went down hill. DO NOT DO IT ! ANDDD there is no central heat or air!!!! Rent is over 900 for a one bedroom. AC stays in the living room not all over the unit, so i hope future renters love sleeping

I have been renting from this property management since 2008 and I have to say I'm very surprised about a lot of the reviews that I have been reading. I'm actually wondering if they're talking about the same apartments. I have been living here at the ridge for awhile now I came from the other property the palm Gardens. Staff has always been very fair and friendly and professional when moving from other property I receive my deposit back in a timely manner it was easy transaction. To read some of these reviews that speak about roaches which I have to say I haven't seen not one since I've been in

Terrible managment. Roach infested!! 6 months after moving in we started seeing roaches. They strayed our apt twice, made us move all our furniture around twice to spray and we would bleach the entire place keep it clean and still kept getting roaches. Ended up moving and now not giving me my deposit back. DO THEY KNOW THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO GET RID OF ALL ROACHES IN EACH UNIT? OBVIOUSLY IT WASN'T JUST MINE!! They're stupid, management is so rude too. Only one lady in the office is nice but good luck finding her. She's never really there. Find another place to live, unless you want to live in a roach

I wish that I could give this place less than poor. BEWARE! this building is very shady. They do everything to get you in and then you find out all the hidden issues. They had me sign a lease with no set amount (my mistake)while living there they raised my rent 4 or more times within my lease terms. They have automatic lock doors so if you run out to check your mail and forget your key you just have to wait until someone comes out the building. There is dog mess all over the grass and they don't require tenants to pick it up. The gate opens and closes whenever it wants. They say that they have
