Hastings Park

They charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged for . They are really expensive for the place . Post to be gated but never closed . Got car stolen from there . Really ghetto for we're it's at always homeless digging through trash wouldn't recommend to anyone anybody really bad service also

Omg where to start. Unfortunately me and my boyfriend were in a hurry to get a place. We were looking for a 2 bedroom. I was told they had a 2 bedroom available came in to sign lease and all of the sudden there was no 2 bedroom only a 1 bedroom we took it cause we needed somewhere to stay. $1330 for a 1 bedroom. The day after I moved in the bathtub nozzle wasn't working I called it in and the lady said oh "we will get someone out there we will put you on the list" I said yea if you want the bathroom flooded the water isn't stopping. Lived here since 2013 staff is nice this place has grown alot maintenance changes often as does management neighbors stay to themselves. Only problem ive encountered is outside pests and they are on it aggressively but its the city that has become infested not much they can do about that but have outside and insides sprayed. Wish they would give one weeks notice to do prep because i have disabled kids im a learning coach and deal with skin lupus and take care of my daughter who has 2 tubes and then some. And only issue is unfinished wall and kids trying to destroy mailboxes .I do recommend moving

A pleasant lovely place to live. Clean updated laundry rooms, security has been improved and changed, nearby construction caused an issue with an outdoor type bub thzt resembled a roach but with consistent pest control they re easily eradicated.

Management does not care about concerns are problems that arise instead they use the tactic of redlining, management, office staff does not conduct themselves in a professional way. management office staff use stereotyping, discrimination and racial profiling here, to screen their tenants and also prospective tenants good luck and hopefully you or your family find this information useful please be advised, use this information wisely. You'll also find roaches, mice, rats ,fleas and other known bugs. they're not going to disclose this information.

I have been here for a little over a year and can say that these apartments are pretty nice I’ve seen some changes made in pool area since new manager came in looks nice. I hope the second pool in the back opens following summer as well it would be nice closer to my apartment. I have had maintenance come take care of things that need to be done and have gotten them addressed very quickly no issues. I have no mice, no roaches, no bedbugs, or any other bug I can think of really its the way you keep your place clean that helps and of course ones living around you. The place is kinda nice some people are real nice but then its just some kids there that are not that good I've been living in these apartments my whole life so I pretty much know everywhere around it wish they did a little more to the thing that makes me and my parents mad is that alot of people that don't live at the apartments just like to park in our apartments and we always have to go searching for a random spot that's annoying

Staff at Hastings Park Apartments contacted him to make an appointment to apply for a ground-level, one-bedroom apartment. He had been on a waiting list for two years. His appointment was set for June 11, which meant he had to make immediate travel/lodging and ground transportation arrangements from San Diego to Sacramento to meet this obligation. I am not sure what everyone else is talking about but this place is very close to my job which is nice , and the young lady that gave me a tour (kailie) was amazing! Very informative and made me feel right at home . The pool caught my eye and the tennis courts are super nice .

Great place to live. Great staff to work with, polite and always welcoming when you enter the office. With that said, there are always people you cant please, who complain about everything. I've been here 4 years, never had any major issues. Management has ALWAYS been professional and addressed all my concerns. Grounds staff always greets my daughter and I by name and enjoys our dog. If your reading this review dont get caught up in others issues. We all have different opinions, this is a genuinely quiet, clean, safe place for your family, neighbors are very friendly.

The location and property is very well kept. Cheslie was a pleasure and was very informative. I didn't encounter any form of racism from any staff. Everyone was friendly and very cordial.

The management at this particular address doesn't fix things in a timely manner, he enters your home without permission, oh and this complex has BED BUGS that are making others move and the constant spraying , when to get rid of bed bugs you need to apply heat. Well this company has friends in all places so they do things the cheapest way possible, their rude, dishonest...D Not Tent here you will regret it. .

I have resided at Hastings Park for almost a year, and it's a well maintained, clean complex.
Office staff: The WOMEN in the office are friendly, professional, composed and efficient! IMO - The male person in the office is a rude, offensive, bullying cretin. (That guy is a smiling mamba.)
Anytime I have had maintenance issues - they have been addressed quickly and effectively. Hastings Park has the best(!!!!) maintenance staff...all of the gents are personable, effective, punctual, and always prepared.

My husband and I were on the waiting list for over a year & a half and they claim that they called me in May and October of last year. ( I have had the same phone number for 5 years) I called three days ago to find out the status because it has been so long.. and the women on the phone said "oh we called you, I was pissed and I told her I never got a call. She told me that she was sorry and that she would put me "back on the list". then the next excuse was "oh the number we had on file was "incorrect". This women was lying!! I

As I came into the complex I was greeted warmly. They were very professional and answered all my questions I have know about the complex because my best friend lived there. So she still gave us a run down on their complex. They are low income apartments that are worth more than they are asking those apartments are worth $1250/m at least in my book. I would love to live there but I make way to much. They did point me to their sister apartments where I found my comfortable new home.

We lived here for the first 3 years of our marriage and we loved it. We had the 2 bedroom apartment around 900sq feet. It was perfect for us. The living room was very large for an apartment & opened right into the kitchen area so having people over was never a problem. Everyone who visited was amazed how spacious the apartment was.
I decorated with a lot of IKEA things because it just made sense for the space.

We never had any problems with neighbors, in fact everyone around us was very nice. The management of the property changed a few times in our 3 years but we never had any issues

For starters, I had a terrible experience with the office staff. They basically promised me an apartment, but when I went to move in, I found out that the apartment really wasn't available. I was living out of a hotel with most of my belongings stuffed into the car. Finally, three days later, there was an apartment available but it was a 2 bedroom available for $950 a month which is ridiculous for "low income housing" in what is basically North Highlands. You can only load your laundry card in the office, which means if you work normal hours, you can't ever get into the office

We lived at these apts for a little over 18months. We didn't have a bad experience. The Management was really nice and the maintenance guys were always kind and quick to repair or fix anything that was broken. Great apts if you need a lot of storage room. We enjoyed our stay but will be moving out due to the rent going too high. Wish there were w/d in the units, other than that great place to stay.

Since 4/2014, I have been dealing with this property. Orginally I was told that they couldn't rent to me becasuse I had an eviction on file. I told them that informaiton was incorrect and they told me to contact ONSITE. I did and On Site told me that they never informed On site of that. They meaning on site finally sent me a copy of the screening and finally i noticed that I was lied to from hasting's park. I went to Hastings Park today 1-19-15, and showed them the docuements to which they made every escuse in the book.. Than they offered me another apartment. they told me to go get

Worst complex I've lived in for things not getting done..my back patio floods every time it rains it's been almost two years and still not fixed..loud neighbors that get away with it..if they actually took care of stuff this would be an awesome complex the apartments are nice..we're on our 5th manager in less then 2 years double think before moving here there's way better places cheaper then this
