Live here for 3 years! Car windshield got broken then when I traded in my old car for new one it also got damaged idk who or what it caused a big dent in my hood!!! I work late and one day I came home to someone sleeping in the stairs. Not safe ! Rent went up. new management sucks! I wanted to leave after new management took over just waited for the lease is up and then they charge me 800 dollars cleaning and whatever they could! Overall i do not recommend this place to anyone. Find other affordable housing

LOL, Managnent is a joke. She claims she cares, and all of this, but her attitude level is on 100. She sure can charge people a late fee for rent, but how about our mailbox that didn’t get fixed for 4 months? How about our breech of security, when the office got broken into? How about the roaches, that STEADY stay crawling around the apartment complex? And don’t forget the ants! Ants are the pest and don’t go away! All those roaches, and you guys REFUSE to tent the apartment buildings! What a joke! And you don’t replace the carpet after a tenants been there for three years! Let’s also

Being a first time renter & resigning my lease for a SECOND year should say something. Honestly, they are good. Some tenants may complain about the area, but honestly I have had no issues here. All of my neighbors are super nice, and my son plays with their kids at the little park in the middle of the apartments. I love the maintence people here, they are great when it comes to fixing something (my a/c filter or sink, or etc. etc.) people may give bad reviews, but my time here going on my second year has been great here.

They really steal your money when you leave. The lady in the office I believe her name is Patty was super rude when we moved out. She told us "what's the point of giving a 30 day notice if your already moved out" we told her the 30 day notice is so we can look for a new place her response was "whatever". One of the rudest staff members in the whole complex. The people are super loud in this area we called the office many times with complaints but they didn't do anything. People smoke weed constantly and our kids would play outside never let them out all but once while we lived here for that reason

Lived here for 6 mos after we first got married. Very bad area, lots of drug use. The apartment complexes where newly remodeled which was the only thing applealing about them. Lots of disturbances at nighy, had to call security multiple times to break up fights happening outside my bedroom window. Did not feel safe. Cars also got damaged while in the parking lot. Finally had enough so we decided to move out and we were hit with a huge fee for trying to get out of our contract. Had to take them to court to get everything sorted out. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
