I love this place, the people are friendly, the ice cream man comes by every 30min with cold sodas, we have the weekend taco guy selling tacos, & a weekend guy selling bbq, its such a treat for us. They fix apartment problems quick within 2hrs, the only thing i dont agree with is how quickly the rent went from $1150 to $1515 in 2mo. We dont have bugs, the grass is cut nicely, on 4th of july we had an awesome time, ppl had a blast. The pool is a little strong on chlorine but what do you except when you have a lot of ppl swimming.we have a community garden, they updated the mail boxes. Over all its

We have been living here over a year and I can say I am satisfied with how quickly things get fix. I call to put a work order and minutes or a couple hours later someone always shows up. Also I have to thank Alondra she made moving into our apartment so easy. Anytime we have an issue we call in for her and she is always very helpful.

Very large and well kept community. The maintenance staff are great and quick to respond to any problems. The application process was quick. These apartments go fast so you need to have all your documents ready to go when coming in. My apartment was clean, fresh paint and carpeting when I moved in. There are many small parks throughout that my kids enjoy. This is a large community with many types of people and for that reason I always carry pepper spray and keep my car doors/windows locked at night. My neighbors are friendly and everyone in my area seems to mind their own. They are pet friendly

It was our second accommodation to live with our family in United States when we arrived few years ago. For our luck we have washer/dryer in. There is always vacant parking lot for one of your car. Polite neighbors. Sure its smells of hash. That's California. You did not know about that))
There are 3 swimming pools at the territory and 2 cultural centers as well.
We can't advise to rent here or not. But in our situation it's better place than ever;;

At first this apartments seems to be really good, clean and nice, but if you look closer people there are rude, staff don't even care about you, your family and every resident in this apartments except them. All that they need is your money. Apartments are not safe for you or for your kids. A lot of car vandalism. Staff don't care about kid's playgrounds. So It's better for you to find another place to live. In conclusion I can say that this apartments looks pretty good outside, but inside they dead.

They don’t care about the residents they are very rude and disrespectful. Good luck with getting mantience to come fix anything. It’s very hard to get in contact with anyone from the office because it’s actually closed and has been for months. A lot of car vandalism so many homeless people coming to dig and the trash leaving all kinds of food on the ground in which I actually noticed rats lately . Don’t waste your money on this dump

I lived here for 6 yrs and love it. Any time I've need a couple days to get my rent together i was able to things are fixed when I call and Warren makes sure to do his part to fix any problems you may have. The neighborhood is good every now and than it may be something but its pretty good for the world we live in today!

I was moving from the Bay Area to Sacramento and without any way to drive out and look for an apartment, I looked for places that world let me apply long distance and this was the place that accepted. I was thrilled and I thought I had moved to a better area with my daughter for half the cost of living in the Bay.
That was not the case.
They put us in the back of the complex where they keep the other low income tenants and it was like a whole other world from the front of the complex that was kept pristine. There was crime every night, gunfire at least once a week and non stop violence. Things
