The Legacy Apartments

I've been at The Legacy for 3 years now and I've yet to have anything to complain about. Any issues that happened to come up were temporary since they were immediately addressed. The entire staff is very professional and they all work hard to communicate with their current tenants as well as potential tenants. The only true issue that's a hard one to resolve is the availability of parking, or lack there of. You have all the amenities you would expect from a beautiful community and they do a wonderful job of keeping the grounds clean and nicely landscaped. It's up to each person in the community

I work all day and come home and nowhere to park!! It has to be fixed!

My brother and I have lived here for 13 years, this the absolute best place to live, the staff is always professional and friendly, the grounds are always picked up and clean. I just have to say that the management team is the best you can ask for. Crystal the manger will always go above and beyond to help residents, she truly cares about her residents and her employees, I would not want to live anywhere else.

Great place to live, GREAT for families, couples, and individuals. They allow pets (there are few breed restrictions) and they have a nice dog runway and walkway! Also a park for the kids that is kept up and clean. Not dirty at all, not sure why people are talking about roaches because I have never seen them. Christle is the manager here and she is polite and respectable. 👍

While our experience is still new, we have had nothing but exceptional service and correspondence. Stephanie and Brandi have been absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! We had a house fire back in February so we have been in a hotel the last two months. We have had no luck with rental housing so we tried apartments. They were able to get us in right away. The Legacy is a great place to live, especially for families. They have wonderful amenities such as a pool and spa that is open year round with two gas barbecues, a gym, garages play ground and dog yard . It has recently been remodeled, the units are absolutely beautiful that include updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, new flooring and venetian blinds . The management and their customer service is remarkable. They are efficient, accommodating and always have smiles on their faces. Let me start off by saying the maintenance department here is next to nothing. I’ve lived here since the end of April and pretty much about everything in the apartment has not worked correctly. I’ve put in multiple service requests for my broken washing machine and have just been ignored. I moved into a renovated apartment so you would think that everything should work correctly. Wrong. When I first moved in the microwave did not work. That took them 2 weeks to fix. My dish washer has leaked since I moved in and they supposedly fixed that today (we will see the next time I do dishes). I put

I have lived here for over 5 years now and I love it! Management is top notch, kind and considerate. Maintenance is quick and amazing. And, my animals are also very happy here. Grateful!

I have not had to live in an apartment for over 15 years. I was getting my home built so my family had to get real cozy for about 8 months by moving here. When I tell you Ms. Stephanie is amazing, I truly mean it!! She was nothing but professional , understanding and courteous the entire time. She and her team met all of the needs we had during our stay there. I would recommend this place for sure!

I love my place here. I have a very big closet and an island in my kitchen. I don't have bugs, I am not sure what that is about. Maybe the people were dirty?? The people in the office are very helpful, and the team put lights out on the property. I love all the pretty trees and flowers. I am happy person here.
