Nineteen800 has made living in a new area in the middle of a pandemic feel better than what I would have thought possible. The community is friendly and the amenities are nice but I can't stress enough that the biggest wow factor is the people. Whether they work or live here everyone is amazing and caring.
I do like not having to drive much thanks to the local food market/Japanese grocery store/target. Many things close by enough that you can walk to them.
You he courtyard is pretty great too. Aces all around really.

I really enjoyed the life my family lived at Nineteen800 and it all started with my first phone interaction. The building is wonderful and has such a diverse group of residents. Singles, families, young and old, not to mention cute dogs. Before Covid 19 I felt like the apartment complex was full of life. Children enjoying their afternoons playing in the safety of the courtyard and people exercising and just enjoying a little time outside. I spent many nights looking at the stars from the courtyard and my balcony and it felt peaceful. There are minor things that can be overlooked like hearing the

Coming on over four years in the building, just want to highlight the continued great leasing office team, particularly Irina and Bethany :)
Moreover, the maintenance team, in specific Ryan, have been incredible throughout the years. Ryan always promptly addresses any issue, ensures that the job is done above expectations and is overall just a great guy. Also, he is a good steward of the community and keeps his eyes open -- for example, he has always let us know feedback about baby sitters when they took our soon out around the building.

Good apartment, but expensive rental. Sometimes having good promotion price for new comers, but allowing no bargain to those who have been lived here for years when they are renewing contract, even just on the same time with price promotion, which is really unfair. Lots of people love this place but need to leave because of their pricing policy....Maybe they will learn how to treat current recident when more and more tech companies adopt permanent WFH and people no longer choose this apartment.....

My family especially my kids are very enjoying the clay and drawing virtual art class provided by apartment during shelter in place order. They're looking forward to join the art class every week. This virtual art class was planned by apartment and concierge team always prepare the tool and support us to join the class smoothly. We can feel that concierge team are considering how to keep helping us under this challenging situation. We really appreciate their great effort and having amazing art class!

I am moved in to this apartments, one month ago,and I really happy to have this place as my new home.Location is great all restaurants,parks and activity is near by.I am thankful to maintenance team-they do great job.Ryan, Izmael this guys always ready to help,when I need to fix something- next day they decide all questions.Leasing office team are kind and friendly thank you Tina and Irina they make me feel welcomed in this apartments.My apartments is spacious and modern, my kids are happy with playground hear.I highly recommend this apartments to everybody.

This is a best apartment we have ever experienced!
Super friendly and thoughtful staff and top-notch equipment and facilities. Even if we face small issues, they always address it in a timely manner.
Also, they throw a wonderful party/events regularly where we can communicate and network among neighbors.
Unfortunately, we have to move to new location, but if we would have a chance to come back here in the valley, absolutely we would like to become neighbor again!!

I asked for availability for 1 bedrooms and she interrupted me saying "the lofts across the street have 1 bedrooms"
Then as I replied she interrupted me again and said rapidly "can I put you on hold - sorry" and again before I could really say anything I heard the hold music start.
I'm open to renting 2 bedrooms but the phone call told me all I needed to know about their poor customer service.
No thanks.

I am super angry at this management now! We have been here from 2017 and since we moved in we had a problem each month!!! The 6th floor elevator is broken every month for few days! How come an elevator is broken regularly and no one is fixing it forever???? We have to carry bags and shops for 6 floors and just think why the hell we are still living here???? The management is so relax and not apologetic at all! Every time they say we "emailed " them ! They don't escalate this properly and they don't manage the vendors well! For a while I've lived here and it's in a really convenient area as it is close to my practice, and the prices are very competitive. However, and I'm not one to typically complain, I have an issue with some of the staff. The other day, while having dinner with my wife, a conversation about the apartment staff was discussed after talking about the constant issue with the fire alarm system--which needs to be addressed, but that's not why I'm here. A few months ago I passed one of their young maintenance men, Brian I think is his name, and he smelled of someone that had recently been drinking alcohol

I love my fifth floor apartment, but the building is not in a good state right now. Major flooding from a burst pipe occurred a month ago and ever since we've endured days without any water, or just cold water when it became available. And related, the main elevators have been out for the month.

Over priced, bad air insulation, too many little kids, too much activity due to retail and restaurants being connected, NOISY, and smelly at all times.

The new staff are great. They're a good, solid team and they work really well together. The office staff, the maintenance team, and the cleaning crew are all 5 stars. They are the best team that the building has had since SR took over.
The reason for the 3 stars:
Any time a new shop opens, fire alarms will go crazy. The fire system tends to break often so alarms will go off for no reason. You get used to it though. There are so many reasons to choose 19800 over other rental communities in Cupertino. First, their 2 bedroom floor plan is huge and comes with a full size kitchen with LOTS of counter space and cupboards. The 2nd bedroom is just as spacious as the master bedroom which is a huge plus if you have kids. There is plenty of room for you to create a bedroom/playroom for your little ones.
Second, Main St Cupertino (Target, restaurants, wine bars and Philz) is all walking distance from 19800. If thats too far for you, you can still walk downstairs and have other options like Steins, Koja Kitchen

As a current resident for the past 2.5 years, I have witnessed a compete transformation at 19800.
Here is what has improved:
- Fire Alarms have been fixed
- Entire surrounding area is completely developed. It includes a Target, a nice grassy park, and plethora of great restaurants
- Maintenance is top notch. You can expect resolution in a couple of hours
- New Package Delivery system. Packages don't get lost anymore.
- Sense of community. Weekly cooking and workout classes. My favorite is on Halloween when they give all the kids their own pumpkin for trick or treating. It

We've been staying here for three years and after all, I think it's a nice place to live given you get a decent set of neighbors upstairs and you're looking for a dog friendly community in Cupertino High school district.

Theft detected notification of my SUV, was send to my iPhone at 8:50pm on Monday, 11/13/2017, per attached screenshot. Residents park their vehicles and bikes in basement with Secure Gate.
Security called 911, then polices come for searching the theft. But, they couldn't locate the suspect.
My bike parked in basement was stolen and recovered by security couple of months ago.
This is not the 1st time Community detected thefts in this Brand New and Luxury apartment located in Cupertino next to New Apple campus!!!

We have been living in 609 for 11 months. Everything was fine until Stein's Beer Garden opened doors in June. Stein's Beer Garden installed their air vents on the roof, right above our unit. The air vents turned on in the beginning of June, and since then, there has been a deep, incessant rumbling in the master bedroom. The walls shake and the noise is unbearable!!! It feels like there's a constant mini earthquake. Needless to say, we have not been able to sleep in the master bedroom for over a month.

My elderly parents lived there for a year after they sold their home. They complaint that the alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. My dad could not evacuate because he used a walker. My 88 years old mother walked out with others in the dark and in the cold. Ridiculous!!!!

You are definitely getting what you pay for at Nineteen 800. I've been so lucky to stay here for my corporate housing after my big move from Arizona. Now that I've toured other complexes in the South Bay for a more permanent location, everywhere else pales in comparison. I only wish that I could afford to live here :(
