My boyfriend surprised me with a necklace from this store. I wasn’t in love with it so we decided to take it back and find something else. When we explored their other inventory, I didn’t find anything I liked so my boyfriend asked for a refund for the product. They said they issued us a refund but when we checked our bank account they had actually… DEBITED the cost of the necklace a second time! When I called the store the man said he was the manager and so I proceeded to tell him what had happened. He then stated he actually wasn't the manager and that the owners weren't in

Laura has been absolutely amazing! From restoring family pieces to changing newer finds to suit my needs, and often with less time then I'd expect, every piece of jewelry I take to them ends up crafted perfectly!! In addition to the superior customer service and craftsmanship, all repairs are done on site, so your pieces aren't shipped off site, a safer feeling for me!
