In every one of us, there is a desire to become better, to achieve more and to find the best version of ourselves. We guide our students and their families to become that best version in everything that you do. We accomplish this through exciting and inspirational training that combines traditional martial arts with modern training methods and approaches.
Our Group Training is centered around a balanced approach to the martial arts. We incorporate elements of Karate, Kickboxing, JiuJitsu and Kali to teach a well rounded system that has proven effective at stand-up self-defense, ground fighting and even with weapons. This well rounded approach also means that our classes can help you build core strength, increase your flexibility, learn how to defend yourself and lose weight.
Learning Karate is not really learning to punch and kick. Our philosophy is that Karate is really about developing the physical and mental tools to face the life challenges that we all encounter. Be it, depression, anxiety, obesity, or just a lack of community, these are things that Karate is specifically and uniquely structured to address.
Mr. Olson has been teaching martial arts in the DFW area for two decades. His focus has been on teaching Karate, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Kali Stick fighting. Mr. Olson has trained hundreds of students and has prepared and evaluated many for the rank of black belt. In addition to the basic physical skills of the arts, he works hard to ensure that our curriculum is grounded, effective and practical.
