Services
There has been little to no innovation in the way mental health care is delivered in the United States for decades. We've all been taught to wait until we have a problem to seek help. Our idea is that mental health care should be preventive, not reactive. Seeking counseling at least every year should be the norm, not because anything is wrong, but because it's a way to keep things moving in the right direction.
Anxiety and Self-Esteem are two issues that many people struggle to overcome. Anxiety can lead to overthinking, panic attacks, and steal your peace of mind. Over a period of time, this can significantly affect your confidence and self-esteem. NCC therapists have specialized training to help you learn how to reduce anxiety and improve self-esteem.
An employee assistance program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems that may be adversely affecting the employee's performance. More than ever before, employees need easy access to wellness-related services because stressed-out employees do not perform well, which impacts your bottom line.
NCC is hiring professional counselors to work with our EAP clients via teletherapy or in your office. Our EAP portfolio is growing, and we'd love to send you some referrals. I have been a patient of Dr. Neeley's for about 5 months. She has been my saving grace and without her I would be in a very different place. She always provides honest but supportive advice/guidance which has been so helpful for someone who struggles with anxiety. She is intelligent, funny, and accepting...all the traits needed for a great therapist.

Dr. Neely has been my counselor for almost 10 years. I would not go to anyone else. She is truly an amazing woman and counselor. She is very educated and knowledgeable and she has such a caring heart. She cares for her clients, it is not just a job to her. She truly cares about you and your well-being.
