Ive been calling maintenance for 3 months everyday.. i get nothing back. My ac and heat is broken so i have to use my oven to keep me and my child warm during the nights. It doesnt matter how clean you are, the roaches will find their way to ur living space. Ive stopped inviting company over out of fear that a roach will pop out of nowhere. Btw this infestation is EVERYWHERE in my & quite a few of the other buildings in the complex.
Also, imagine coming home from a 12 hour shift to find maintenance did some plumbing in your home (without notice) and left ur bathroom covered in black gunk! I tried

I lived in these apartments for three years i just recently moved out about a month ago. i was told that everything was good i didn’t have any fees left to pay i am currently trying to apply to another complex and they are saying i owe peninsula grove money! nobody informed me of any extra fees i had to pay and i made sure everything was good before we left. they’re saying we owe them 32 dollars from october 2018?? they haven’t even returned our security deposit and the extra rent money we paid. ive been trying to contact the apartments for hours nobody answers their phone they don’t even

I don't even know where to begin. I have pictures and videos of all my claims. RATS, ROACHES, and everything in-between. Don't bother I came here to live. Not wish I was dead. Dam you corona for making it near impossible to find a better place. Maintainence is worthless. People quit constantly, yea including staff. All you'll get In response here is a message saying to call a number noone will answer. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish there were more laws in place to get back the money for months of rats, roaches, mildew, black mold, etc.

Been here for a month now. Paid deposit and 1st month early. Came to pick up the keys and do a walk through and a bunch of things needed to be fixed. Didn’t have a washer/dryer or anything. Gave them a Week to fix everything and we moved our stuff in and it still was not done. It’s impossible to get in touch with them. I have a 9 month old And my boyfriend does not get off until 4:30. It’s ridiculous that I have to make my way to the front just to talk to somebody. Then I can’t even talk to the property manager. UPDATE.. RENTER BEWARE!! DON'T DO IT!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! listen to the reviews and don't do it. The reviews are on point. Although I am not infested with any roaches or mice at all and maintenance is horrible. Parking is a huge issue and they don't care about that neither. Visitors park wherever they want. Corporate don't care neither. The excuse is we just don't have any workers. I wonder why.. that whole complex needs to be updated. They want your rent and that's about it. Don't do it!! You will regret moving here.

Here is my experience living out here since the new owners. I’ve had the same issue with a rodent inside my wall and trying to get into my room for over a year, possibly two. Maintenance has tried to help me and has offered to cut open the wall to check but the supervisor has refused the request on multiple occasions. Roach infested and rodent infested. You’d think since you’re paying rent they’d fix these issues instead of you having to ask MORE than once just for nothing to still not change. Not to mention, the washing machines do not work half of the time or need to be repaired because
