Seems like a nice apartment complex but like everyone else said you can’t get in contact with them. I got approved and have no idea of the next steps. Was told it’s a influx of applications . If they don’t have space they should not accept apps.
EDIT: now I’m seeing reviews about roaches. I’ve called multiple times to see what else I need to do. This absolutely insane.

For starters this was absolutely the longest process ever. In total it was 5 months. I had given up because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or email. Then when I do finally hear from someone, she leaves the company and I was not notified that someone else would be assisting me. They are very unorganized and also nonchalant. I finally move in mid month. The apartments are nice don’t get me wrong. They are spacious and comes with full size washer and dryer. The walls are very thin. When I moved in the carpets were sticky and I had to shampoo them several times repeatedly to remove whatever

Lack of response to applicants, blow-offs. They are 100% income based (low income housing tax credit), mandated under federal code, IRS Section 42 and HUD 4350. Wilsondale is funded for income based housing for those earning 60% or less of area median income -- rent based on tenants income, not predetermined rents. They have market rate units which are in violation of federal codes -- NO market rate allowed since 2018, and the market rate units were funded to house low to middle income tenants. You can't change Federal codes Wilsondale.

It seems like a lovely place, I tried to call multiple times over the span of 2 months to see the military pricing and openings and never got in touch with anyone. I would've kept trying but I would also like to live somewhere I know they would pick up the phone if there is an issue with the apartment.

Great apartments, impossible to reach front desk. I’ve lived here for over a year and ever since the pandemic hit, the front desk has been non-existent. I’m having maintenance issues that haven’t been resolved because I can’t get in contact with anyone. Very frustrating.
Edit: To your message below, owner, we just called that number three times... no answer!! Seriously, what could you guys be so busy with that you can’t tend to your residents on a Monday morning?

Very unprofessional and unorganized !!! I have been getting the run around about my application for almost 4 days now and have been told 3 different things by the "NEW" girl ! it's very frustrating and than when I talk to the manger telling him my situation he still seem to NOT CARE and every time I call they either ignore the calls or when they do answer seem to be annoyed by the many times you are calling , when clearly we are calling for a reason and I understand that the girl maybe new but sorry no one told her to take that job but at the same time you can not be unprofessional all I want is

So far, my experience with Wilsondale has been amazing! I was contacted within FOUR minutes when I asked about their availability over email, and she consistently communicated with me over the course of me filling out the application. Amber was very sweet and helpful with the process, and called me personally after my screening was approved. Can't wait to make this place home!
