First time living here and so far so good. Not perfect but nice. Little things not done,, starting out because of the contractors used during renovation, but overall nice people and place to be.

They said you need to make 3 times the rent to move into the apartments that's ridiculous. The South doesn't even pay that kind of money there's no job that will pay that good they obviously aren't thinking logically.

Very quiet and clean community. Terrance & Jake are an amazing Maintenance team. Absolutely love this property! Price is perfect especially for the amount of space :)

I have been living here for about 4yrs now. Neighbors are cool, tucked away from the city with Ft. Monroe beach in walking distance. About 10 mins away from Mercury. Buckroe beach is down the street and our local Food lion is a light away. Norfolk is 8 mins away
My Townhome is cool. I enjoy the privacy of having my own space in the back, the walls are soo soundproof, they are reasonably priced for the amount of space. No bugs. Mr. Marcus our maintenance man is down to earth and very efficient in his job.
The only 2 CONS
My kitchen appliances are old

Property manager is terrible at her job. She did not keep up with maintenance on time. Rude, standoffish and generally uninterested in helping tenets. Unable to keep track of paperwork. Would not suggest moving here.
