You don't want an apartment here, trust me. The owner of the complex over works the 2 maintenance men with hundreds of apartments that all have issues. They need to hire more maintenance guys to help the current ones.
edit: 7 months later this is still true. Thankfully the fired the last horrible, nasty property manager and they got a new one. but I haven't had any experiences with the new property manager yet.

New Hampton thieves is what they should call it breaking in houses bad out there and all houses come equipped with a security system seems nobody can catch these guys I am hopeful one day they will get caught you work hard & they want to come steal it from you seems like new management team is no help she is to worried about who she can charge late fees too and putting notices on your door instead of keeping you informed there are thieves in the neighborhood so folks can be on the look out for suspicious individuals this place is only going to get worst if you want your belongings stay away I wish

My family and I rented a 3 bedroom unit for 2 years. The staff was always super friendly and we never had any issues with our townhouse. The kitchen and bathrooms were both upgraded nicely. The only down side was the parking issue. We were assigned one parking space which was not enough. We didn't like inviting people over because they had to park clear across the apartment complex just to find a spot. My father in law got towed once because one of his tires was in the grass! Just frustrating.
