This place is awful and their service is bad they take forever to do their work since the new manager came she keep raising the rent and its not worth it and the place is full of bugs and the apartment are old she keeps telling you i got you I promise and never does her job shes lies theres people i know lives here and they have the same problem and can’t wait to move out

The apt is nice, but if you want a security deposit back, forget it. Plus, neighbors gun went off twice half way through my wall, nothing was done about it even after a police report was made. Do not recommend living here. They can't keep a manager in office more than a couple mo. Constant charges. Get charged for water being single as the same to a family of 4. I don't know why Parnell come up but it's Snyder

At the Country Club Apartments I have lived here for about 2 years best place I’ve had, I’ve moved to 2 different apartments with the upmost respect. I’ve seen previous property managers but certainly I’ve had my ups and downs but I was welcome into the office these past 2 in half months and the property manger who is here is Denise she treats me with the upmost respect as well with understanding any issues among my apartment as well with the maintenance man Tim he has helped me with any appliances and everything in a timely manner as well with blinds and bathroom and indoor home maintenance

If I could give this apartment complex a negative 5 i would. They are very unprofessional. The guy who works in the office talks to people reckless and is very unhelpful when it comes to trying to get information. I went to the office a few times during working hours and each time he was taking extended breaks and when he finally is inside the office, he has an attitude and is disrespectful. When you let him know he’s being rude and unprofessional he kicks you out and then he slams the door in your face, even when you aren’t being rude towards him. They have taken my money and refuse to give

I thought the lady in this office was nice (Lela). But Monday will be 5 weeks since i put in my application. Not once has she called me and gave an update or anything. I called her on 2 different occasions to get an update and went out of my way to do her job and contact my previous landlord to make sure she got everything she needed for my app. Well in 3 days itll be 3 weeks since i did that and still no phone call. I should get my application fee back.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Country Club. I moved in 2003 and absolutely loved my apartment and the view. Breathtaking especially in the mornings. Management was always so nice and professional. Every time I would call, they would answer as they you could feel the warmth and smile to answer my call. I have moved out this month and living with family close by but I will never forget the all the memories I had here at Country Club.
