Austin Mobile Computer Repair specializes in Advanced Networking and Managed IT, and they helped us configure our home network and UniFi system components after we were affected by a nearby lightning strike that completely took us offline. We were also having trouble getting the most out of our ISP’s modem and after evaluating our set-up she provided security recommendations that proved to be efficient, affordable, and got us back to work quickly! Realizing people & businesses go through rough times, I tried hard to give this business ample opportunity to repair my PC, but they didn't, it's as simple as that. The owner, Lindsay, I'm guessing, had my personal computer NINE DAYS, and never ONCE notified me by phone or email or text message concerning the status of the repair. I had to call her phone representative, Debra, at least four times, and have her relay messages to Lindsay, and even those attempts resulted in practically no information other than to inform me Lindsay got sick, and then stopped her repair work to go pick up her kids

I called Lindsey to come help two old ladies to try and figure out a little problem we were having (definitely a user issue) and she was very prompt to help us. She explained and got it fixed in less than 10 minutes. We both were very impressed and thankful for her. She charged only for her time there which again we were grateful for. I have her number saved in my phone and wouldn’t hesitate to call her again. On top of all of that she is SO nice. Call her if you need computer help you want be disappointed! Thanks Lindsay👍🏻

Highly recommend. Lindsey was great to deal with. My laptop crashed right before the holiday and she immediately responded and picked it up. She knew what was wrong with it before she even looked at it. She ran diagnostics then sourced the part needed and gave me the option of having her repair it quickly or waiting for the part to arrive and cost me less $. She even fixed an issue I was having that was unrelated to my initial call. I will definitely use them next time I have the need.

Lindsay was able to give me a quote within 24 hours of contacting her. She is very timely and responds quickly to emails. She was able to get a new hard drive in my laptop, backed up, and transfer all my data to the new hard drive with in 24 hours! She’s very professional and very nice! She’s able to meet anywhere and is very reasonable with her pricing.
