I Can't thank Alejo enough at Modern PC Repair. My MAC was having issues after an install I did. Alejo called me back same day and was able to walk me thru to restore my MAC. I didn't have to take it somewhere! Hassle free and affordable. Wonderful service!

I contacted Alejo when my laptop hit the wall and quit doing anything all of a sudden. This was during Covid quarantine/pandemic time, and I was relieved that he was able to assess the problem and fix it remotely using TeamViewer. He was easy to talk to, very professional and thorough, and I was able to pay using Venmo. I think his price was reasonable and fair. Best of all, my laptop was cleaned up, unnecessary files deleted and I have more memory/storage space!

Called Alejo on sunday Fathers day just inquiring about getting an old laptop cleared out. He remotely tapped into the laptop and spent hours going thru it. After he was done, it was running like brand new!! He also added some maintenance program to clean and clear it out occasionally. Im super happy. He resurrected this old lap top to run like new again. Will use again in the future for sure.

I emailed Modern PC Repair in the morning and they got back to me soon after. Alejo was great! He fixed an iMac in our office that had been having consistent issues, best part is it was all done remotely. He explained everything he did and kept me up to date on the progress, all while being friendly and professional. I finally found my go to for Mac repairs!

Alejo did an excellent job and was able to repair two long standing issues. He also optimized my computer by removing malware and unnecessary programs. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Just reading the owners response to my review should be enough to steer you away from this pathetic business. Claiming that I "live close by and am direct business". Are you kidding me? Duh I live close by, why the hell do you think I contacted him? To drive out of state to get my computer fixed?? And by the way, no I don't work on computer hardware, I'm a software programmer. Way above this kids pay grade. Stay away from this scammer. Horrible customer service, and next to no experience working on computers. I garuntee you this guy learned everything he knows from YouTube tutorials

I called Modern PC Repair looking for help with my grandson's computer. Alejo answered the phone immediately (a real person, yea!!) and he listened politely while I explained the problem I was having with my computer.
