Bickford's history dates back to the 1920's when Samuel Bickford opened his first Bickford's cafeteria. Throughout the next 40 years, Sam, and eventually his son, Harold, worked to expand their cafeteria chain throughout the Northeast and into California. The concept was a huge success.

Over the next three decades, Bickford's Pancake House chain slowly grew to include 30 restaurants throughout New England and became a family restaurant that focused on breakfast, along with lunch and dinner offerings.In the 1990's the number grew to almost 70 and it continued to be known as a great New England breakfast tradition.

Dine In!! 3 of us , the food was under cooked seafood no flavor waffle i thought was good 2 of us were vomiting all day N2 the nite i ate almost all of it worst cramps ever! I used to Love Bickfords in Burlington W My Granddaughter's Grammie Cheryl Schwabe Rest In Piece Cheryl Love You❤

I stopped at Bickfords for the first time in years. I choose an egg sandwich which qas only available on bread. I prefer bagels. The service was ok nothing special and it was very pricey. They seem to be more a lunch and dinner restaurant then the traditional breakfast spot they have been in the past. I wouldn't hurry back.

It was absolutely terrible the worst food with ever eaten. The eggs tasted like they were bad in the home fries were hard as rocks. When you order food and it comes to you within 5 minutes you know they cooked the days ahead and just warm it up and I'm not kidding I've worked in places like this before I wouldn't ever recommend eating there.

This was the worst indoor dining experience of my life.
No one wears masks, the wait for a coffee refill was too long, the server forgot to put our order in. The screaming lady next to us demanding everyone stop to clean her table.
The food wasn't even worth it.
This was so disappointing

First time here. It was amazing! Not sure why glasses are so small. My waffle and eggs were awesome. The steak tips were delicious.

After years and years of thinking that all the Bickford's have gone out of business we find out they are still going. AND THEY STILL MAKE THE BIG APPLE! It was awesome! It still a great breakfast place.

Me and my girlfriend decided to stop by Bickford’s for some breakfast There was an extremely short wait to get a table, and once we were seated, our waitress go us drinks and took our orders right away. The food was incredible and left us full, and the staff was kind and helpful, we really enjoyed eating here and will most definitely be returning in the future.

Shabby looking facility that shows neglect. The service is generally good and very warm.
Basic American food. Food is average. L shaped dinning room. It is visible from the road. Plenty of parking. Comfortable place to drop in. Right off rte 93.
