We went in on new years day! The food was amazing from the first course to the last. The chef came out to ask about the food which we gave thumbs up on everything. Even the pasta was a perfect al' dente. It's nice to talk about food with people who know good food, and the chef is certainly a well practiced and educated master of her craft. We live in NY but will find a reason to visit again.

I got the wedge salad and it was OK but pricey. $15 for a med. size salad with tomato. Only one cherry tomato, cut in half, boo. The chicken was flavored nicely. My friend got a salad with shrimp. Menu says Shrimp is $3 each. Really it is a $9 up charge, menu was a little misleading. So her salad was, $19 and the shrimp were not very big. Our waitress was nice. The place was clean. Bread was warm and good.

Yesterday we celebrated my daughter’s 25th birthday at Buon Appetito. I had reservations at another restaurant in Foxwoods originally and they had to close part of their restaurant so they couldn’t accommodate our party of 21. I called Buon Appetito the night before we were to have the party and couldn’t have had a nicer experience. Miarella And her husband run a first class Italian restaurant that is better than my experiences in the North End of Boston!! Every detail was perfect. They accommodated my large crowd in the main restaurant. Table was set up so pretty, service was quick and entertaining

This is a lovely restaurant with beautiful flowers and a nice fountain outside where you walk in. The outdoor area to eat looked nice as well but we sat inside. The food here was great! We were not given a kids menu for our son but they could make a kid pasta or grilled cheese. However, looking at their restaurant there were a few more dishes they would have made him. Their bread was very good and we got the grilled focaccia bread one which was delicious (but a little messy lol)! I also got the chicken parmesean with home made pasta which was very good and enjoyed the flavor of the sauce with

We revisited Buon Appetito this past Sunday (2/23/20) after attending an art exhibit at the Mystic Seaport Museum. Once again every dish was flawless.
One of our party of three only wanted tea and dessert. She ordered the baked ricotta cheesecake. The crumbled topping reminded her of a Drake's coffee cake. A mug of hot water was brought to her with a wooden box of different tea bags. She appreciated being able to choose from the large selection.
We ordered the house fried calamari which includes carrots and zucchini, and marinara out of three sauces diners can pick to accompany the squid. The

This place is an absolute gem! The food was delicious the atmosphere wonderful and our waiter was great. We celebrated our anniversary here and were so impressed. We ate on their beautiful patio with live music playing and thoroughly enjoyed all of our food. I had a watermelon mojito that was a drink special and we tried the organic tomato salad special yum! We will be going again when we are in the area

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a side of meatballs and a pepperoni and roasted red pepper pizza. The meatballs were flavorful but a bit soggy and mushy for my taste. The pizza was Brick oven but may have been taken out too soon. The crust was very floppy and chewy. The sauce was decent. When I called I was told 20 minutes and I showed up in 15. The food was already warm and not hot so it may have taken 10 minutes or less. On a scale from 0-10 I would taste this 6.8.
