Our leadership team has a multi-decade track record of successful analysis, acquisition, development, and management projects. The small leadership team keeps projects nimble and emphasizes contact with NextGen principals at every stage. In 1976, Hilton Efune immigrated to the United States, and began working as an electrical subcontractor.
