The steak was over cooked (I asked for medium plus and I know better not to send it back, I don't like spit on my steak). Limited selection of Tequila. Although the service was good, the waiter was very polite and friendly, that's the reason for the 2nd star or I would've given them 1 star. My bill (with my 20 year daughter and 5 year daughter) and myself came to an alarming $223! I'm always willing to spend that kind of money for great food...this was mediocre at best. I will NOT be returning. I'll spend half of that at Wildfire and get significantly better food.

Excellent food & service! Saganaki, french onion soup, ribs & steak absolutely delicious. Hostesses work hard but one of them speaking broken English & not good at enuciating last names loud enough & appropriately. Why establishment would place a hostess w/ innapropiate language skills at a restaurant this busy is beyond me.

My BIL asked me if, I would like to meet his wife and him there with my husband. Wow! Blown away! First time! They made a 5pm reservation in the bar where they usually sit with 4 people. We got seated right away at 5pm. I had a glass of Pinot Gorigio which was delish, I tried a sip of my SIL's organic wine and that was so good. The Saganaki was so yummy. I am not a big eater and since, I just had a steak dinner the 30th, I ordered the Blackened Salmon which was perfect. Too stuffed for dessert. We were done eating at 6:35pm and eating dessert would've taking us to about 7pm. So, all that said!

Absolutely the best meal that I have eaten in recent memory!!! I ordered lobster tail and filet mignon. Lobster tail was huge, 10 oz. easy and steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was excellent and brought everything to us in perfect succession so there was hardly a gap between appetizers, soup and salad and dinner. Ambiance and drinks were very good too. Couldn't of dreamed of a better meal!

If i could give negative stars i would. So let me start by the parking lot is a joke.... then once inside its packed shoulder to shoulder during a pandemic....then while waiting past 630 for our reservation that was at 630 we went to the bar. Mind you i was here for my birthday dinner 12/27/1991. My 30th. Never been here before and was very excited. So proceded to order drinks while we waited.... server and manager refused to serve me because my id is 2 days expired on the physical card....even tho Pritzker extended my license to 3.31.22 still refused me. I got up and left i will never return to

Pincess Cafe is an institution in the area, famous for frog legs. The menu is not only meat heavy, the vegetables offered are fried or a potato of some sort, baked, mashed or fried. The salad was pale iceburg with a tomato and some wilted onion. As a vegetarian, the only option for me was a pasta Primavera....which was seriously lacking in flavor. They used to offer a relish tray prior to your meal. It had pickeled and fresh crudite which was typically where I would get my nutrition. They no longer offer this. The staff was lovely, although they clearly could have used more staff. Unless

I went there for the first time on my birthday. Restaurant is located in Beecher which is far but I was told it was good. My boyfriend took me there. It's very cozy feeling in the inside. We were seated right away, we had reservations. Looking at the restaurant it was busy so I would get reservations. We sat down and our waitress, I think Debbie, came over right away. She brought out waters, menus, bread and told us the specials, took our drink order. Ok skipping up the food. We ordered escargot and bite was it delish. Then both of us ordered steak and lobster. That was one of the specials. The

My family has been coming here as far back as I can remember. Hubby and I have since moved but were recently in town and could not get over the quality and consistency. Everything was just as delicious as we remembered and the drinks were poured famously heavy. Always a great meal and friendly staff!

Food was very good. I had the Burger they offered on half off burger Wednesdays and the french onion Soup. Both were very good. Burger tasted as if they used a ground up steak and the mushrooms that were used were absolutely fantastic. Lighting was a little dim. All and all it's a hidden gem of Beecher/the local area. I love the Prawn/Lobster they have as a logo/mascot.

So my wife and I took our friends out for dinner tonight at the Princess Cafe and had an incredible dining experience. We were lucky enough to have Debbie as our server. Debbie has worked at the Princess for 42 years... How awesome is that? Debbie should be in the server Hall of Fame. She is the best of the best. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing and is perfect for a romantic date or wedding anniversary. Not a single one of us had anything to complain about service or food wise. Everything was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. If price is a concern there are Burgers and Pasta

Get Evan as your server. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and will be honest about the quality of the food ad what is good. Food is made to order and the quality/service never disappoints. The menu has its main staples as well as the specials but we never get tired of the food or atmosphere. Quality of service and the product rivals "well known" Chicago restaurants. I think the Xhef could afford to be slightly adventurous at times with the menu given his expertise but then again if it's not broken why fix it. We are repeat customers albeit not as often as I prefer but we

My favorite restaurant of all time! The steaks are phenomenal. The salmon with dill champagne sauce is delicious. I love the relish tray, the meatballs and sauce served before your meal...we always get saganaki. The baked French Onion Soup is outstanding. Steak and Lobster, if you want to splurge. We been coming here for years and have never left disappointed. Great family owned and operated restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

Place is very dark and has an old feel to it. The menu is very over priced for the food. I had the Roast Duck with Orange sauce and the Duck was dry. The veggie tray they brought out looked to be withered veggies. Their specials pricing was crazy priced. You can go to McVeys in Lowell and get Prime Rib for half the price and it's better! Will not go back

My wife and I attempted to dine here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I should have left as soon as we walked in and saw the packed waiting areas full of unhappy people.
We had a 7:00 reservation, at 7:45 the hostess was still seating people with 6:30 reservations.
We left after that. Terrible experience, ruined our evening.

This place is pretty good. The staff was all nice and the service was quick. I think they sang Happy birthday three times, including once to my Dad, but there heart was in the right place lol. My Steak Diane was superlative, it was well cooked and juicy, further elevated by the consummate sauce it was paired with. I also had a bite of my grandfather's prime rib which was also pretty good. The serving sizes we're large and came with several well sized sides. My only problem with the restaurant was some of the side dishes, one dish came with french fries which were horrible, we had a cheesecake

Got reservations for 730 pm, arrived at 739, called the restaurant numerous times prior and post arrival, I even watched the phone ring until 749 when we were finally greeted by the hostess. She stated our reservation would be delayed 30 minutes since they were behind and we should have arrived earlier also, there was no way to verify our actual arrival time since she was out working. The atmosphere was dimly lit and smelled of stagnant saltwater and stale fish. Would not recommend, just go to an Applebee's for similar food and better customer service
