It's a quiet community but the lack of attention to crucial problems within the apartment is horrible. It's extremely over priced for how unprofessional office staff is. Would not recommend living here. We've had our smoke alarms not working for months and no one will come out and take a look at them. Our refrigerators filter is broken and it's been a year and they refuse to fix that as well. I will be filing a report with BBB due to these issues to see if that will help with them fixing these issues.

DO NOT stay here. My friend and his baby tried to get management to fix the mold in their property for almost 6 months.
Now, despite reviewing the contract with one of the front desk assistants and confirming that management did default on their responsibilities to take care of repairs (especially potentially harmful ones like mold) in a timely manner, they’re attempting to charge my friend almost $4500 to terminate the contract.
I’m currently in the process of getting him with a lawyer to fight this. If you care about your health and don’t want to be screwed around by management, I recommend

This place is horrible. The staff is friendly and area is great for sure, just terrible service. Our air conditioner has been broken for three weeks and I’ve submitted 3 follow up work orders. The one repair person they use came at 8:30pm or so twice even with specific notice we weren’t going to be here. Texas tenant laws, and our lease, say “reasonable time” for repairs and within a “reasonable timeframe” which are not being followed. We pay our rent early each mont early and are quiet/ respectful tenants. Horrible living experience!

Incompetent, Do not rent here. Maintenence will ignore and close your requests after several weeks and months. I am actually at the point that I filed a complaint with the attorny general and am going to follow procedures to get a court order to fix a major plumbing issue that is causing sanitarty and health issues. If you want one way demands and zero maintenance this is the place for you, I would have to say gauranteed the worse place to live in the entire state Texas. Also roaches, rats.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has to be the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Sure, the aesthetics look nice on the outside but everything else that comes with your overpriced rent is the worst I’ve experienced. STAY AWAY!!

If you are looking for a place to live. please STAY AWAY from these apartments. terrible management. maintenance barley does their job. we’ve put in work orders about 3 weeks ago… no one has came. they NEVER answer the phone when you call. and all of a sudden they changed their hours to 1030 but when you call it’s 9 without letting anyone know?? my family and i moved here 3 years ago. it’s been nothing but problems after problems. did i forget to mention the place has also been caught on fire in multiple areas? one fire was caused by an electrical problem. oh and a SHOOTOUT RIGHT IN FRONT

Great location, too bad the service is terrible.
We lived there for 1 year, moved in to an apartment with a lot of broken things that never got fixed, we had a rolly pollies infestation and they never came to fix it, lasted 6 months, we needed a door stopper to avoid this, every maintenance request was ignored. It’s not the maintenance team’s fault, we went through 3 management companies during that year.
The worst part, we moved out in March 2021 and we still haven’t got our deposit back, as usual, Ines is ignoring our calls and emails.

The apartment itself is gorgeous! I love it. It's home. However, maintenance leaves much to be desired. The front office is almost impossible to get ahold of, and when you do, their promises are rarely kept.
I am currently going on 2 weeks without a kitchen light. I've spoken with maintenance and the office multiple times - and still not fixed. To be fair, the maintenance man came by once, but I was working and couldn't have anyone in the unit since I deal with PII. We agreed he would come back that Thursday to fix since I would be off. He never came back. The following week, I wasted my Thursday

My mom is the one who rented the apartment, but I'm staying with her. First off, I love the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and everything else we got. But the service is bad. Specifically maintenance. We've been using a half-clogged bathtub for a couple of months, no one has helped us despite the fact that my mom complained like 5 times to them about it. I couldn't even pull out the stuck substances as they were too deep. We will take matters into our own hands and look for a liquid plumber, but please help your clients next time. Otherwise what's the point of having maintenance?
