My husband and I moved in April 2021 and since the day one we have had several reoccurring issues. Early on we noticed our dryer was not drying properly so we made management aware. Several work orders later, our dryer has been replaced with TWO brand new dryers (to our knowledge) and still does not dry clothes as it should. We have requested the line to be cleaned out, which was done, however, only lasted about two weeks before it stopped working again. Absolutely loved living here. Everyone in the office was very friendly. The move-in process was very easy. Move-out process was easy as well. We used these apartments as a place to live in the interim while our house was built. We were able to find a lease for 7-months while our home was being built. We were able to rent a garage onsite to store our belongings instead of renting an offsite storage unit. Amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend this facility as a place to live!

Third day this week alone (3 of 4 days by the way) where my trash was not picked up by the valet trash service for which I pay a monthly fee. This is a recurring issue for which I have repeatedly attempted to contact the office which never answers or responds to my phone calls. I do not recommend living somewhere where you can’t get in touch with office staff, they don’t provide services you must pay for, and they ignore your concerns as a resident. Any idea how to resolve this Century Ariva?

The walls are paper thin, my neighbor is constantly screaming the "F" word and someone is constantly running across their floor, dragging and dropping things. I have complained to the office several times but nothing has been done. Valet trash is not optional in the lease but they don't pick up the trash every weekday as stated in the lease. Very disappointed.

Downsized from a 4 bedroom home and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. They bought residents Kona Ice today! What an awesome treat to come home to. The pool is like a resort and we love seeing our neighbors. Pet friendly and family friendly. We love it here. #TheCenturyLife #ApartmentLife

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Ariva was a place my fiance and I moved into and loved. Century Ariva, however, is a place that we couldn't wait to get away from.
The staff from maintenance to manager are atrocious and rude. We were forced to move due to a job relocation and when we went in to the office to discuss our options, we were surprised to find out that they had lost our old contract. We settled and accepted the fact that we would have to pay month to month until someone moved in to our apartment.
Only when our first month in our new apartment came we were shocked yet again

Completely disrespectful when it comes to staff. 0 respect from this place completely. Since me and my wife moved in communication with management and MAINTANCE has been horrible. Out of all incidents today was the worst. I left to work around 8:45am and while my wife is in the kitchen wearing nothing but a short shirt, I then get a call from her… freaking out 5 minutes later stating that someone from MAINTANCE walked in without knocking scaring my wife with him asking “how long have you lived here for?” And of course she’s just in shock not knowing what to do and then

Best apartments in Lakeland !!! If you have little kids , I highly recommend you come here , very nice playground and play area . Toddler friendly lol my daughter loves the play room and theater ! Never had an complaints !!! , neighbors are so nice and friendly ! Apartments are beautiful inside and out . Very pricey but it's worth it you guys , you will not regret it !!!!! Everything is walking distance and it's very convenient for some people who doesn't drive . Best experience ever !!!

I honestly don't know where to begin... I have lived here since these were built. I even moved in before the complex was fully done. I have been more then patient with the changes and growth. I was always excited for what was coming next but over the years not much happened except for negative changes. The willingness of the staff has declined, they don't seem to care much about the issues and happiness of their current residents. You can't even speak to someone at the office over the phone anymore unless you leave a voicemail. I'm very disappointed with how Century Ariva has

I had such an awful experience, even before touring your apartment. It was focused on "hey lets set up a place where the rules are as strict as an army camp and discriminate people on any opportunity we can get!!!"
I called up the office on Wednesday and confirmed the appointment for 4:30 PM the next day Thursday. I reached the office at 4:40 PM and the guy said, unfortunately you're late and you wont be able to get the tour, because we close at 5 PM. I am sorry, but I didn't know that being lazy is a skill that you need to be an office manager !!

I've been a resident for about a year and a half now and have had very minimal issues. Of the few I've encountered whether it be a maintenance issue or simply front office issue, all have been resolved with ease and every employee has been extremely nice and courteous. Ariva apartments are the BEST apartments in Lakeland Florida hands down! We love all the amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym and clubhouse which has its own movie theatre! So pleased we moved here! The staff, Laura, Bethany, and Lisa, are so helpful and responsive. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy here. Check out ARIVA, you will be happy you did!

Looks great on the outside but living there is something entirely different...Beautiful Pool, nice to have access to the jogging path and dog and children's park, but that's where the positivity ends.
My biggest complaint has got to be the mosquito population. Literally was hunting mosquitos in the apartment nightly, killing 10+ so they wouldn't feed on me and my toddler while we slept, more than a couple time she woke up with on the upwards of 15 bites on her hands and face (the only thing not covered by zippered footed pajamas). Numerous attempts to get the situation under control
