I truly love this place they're grateful and they worked really hard on your nails and they make sure they look good coming in and going out to have a really really great staff and you're also are you awarded with a complimentary drink if you would like one so I really love this place and I will be going back.

After an initial good first experience, it all went downhill. I gave them two tries before finally deciding there must be better nail salons out there. My first negative experience was 6 weeks ago when the tech didn't completely remove my previous dip color and start with a fresh base; she just added my new color on too. When I said something, she said it was fine (my new dip barely lasted 2 weeks). Then tonight I went and got dip with a gel design on top and less then 2 hours later the gel is already coming off two of the nails. My Sister & I love to get all our Mani, Pedi 's here. The nail art I tend to select can get crazy and they always do a wonderful job. Joe pays very close attention to detail. He is very talented and truly takes pride in his work and his customer's experience. The atmosphere is extremely friendly & inviting. I love the newly upgraded massage/ pedi chairs. My only complaint is I could of stayed for 15 minutes longer in that chair! :D That's okay though I'm coming back this weekend & can't wait. The pictures I have included are the day of and 30 days later! They held up better then I anticipated however

Do not go here!!! I got black matte and these pictures are from just 1 hour after! The nail tech was so rude and she rushed through!They charged me $50 and it was just a fill. I came back the next day they "fixed" them and sure enough the next day they started sliding off and breaking again!! Their acrylic is cheap and breaks and the techs rush through and this happens. Go somewhere else!!!

I love this place, always good service. However this trip unfortunately they were very busy and rushed. There were three of us getting the royal pedicure, with my youngest daughter they left a sharp part of her nail after they trimmed them. I had to touch it up after I got home. They also didn't cover the entire nails with polish on both of our feet. Still love them and would recommend them. Just ask they take time with their customer on hand rather than speed to get to the next customer.

By far the worst nail experience I've ever had. I paid a total of $287.00...whoa!!! For two people to get pedicures and manicures, one of us got acrylic tips put on. My nails have not even lasted 1 week, maybe 4 days. What happened to nails lasting at least 2 weeks?? Seems far too expensive for what we received! My daughter (the bride) was treated with poor attitude the entire time, seems strange seeing how she brought 6 people to this business to spend money. The place is not clean, there were hairs and specs of dirt on the pedicure chair bowl when we sat down. I didn't see them wipe the chair off before I sat or after I got up. Speaking of the chairs, they aren't comfortable.

I'd gone there in the past and never had the negative experience that I had today. My mom and I went in for pedicures and the nail tech, Jessie, performed mine. The quality of her work was not good. I'm guessing there's a time limit that each tech can spend on a client because there was so little attention paid to my feet. She was pleasant, but I was left disappointed and with tons of polish on my skin. We will take our business elsewhere next time.

I'm in town for work and needed my nails, toes, & eyebrows done & thought I'd come here yesterday since it is near my hotel. Worst decision I've made so far in 2021. The older woman doing my service was asking very personal questions that I will not go into detail about. She also did not do my toes as I specified when I asked for gel I did not receive it, she barely removed the excess paint around the nail and couldn't see the mistakes when I asked her to fix them.

I started going here a few years ago for manicures and pedicures at my daughter's recommendation. I have always been treated kindly and with great respect by everyone. I used to just walk in and it was never a bad wait, but now I make an appointment because my favorite nail tech, Hai, is so good he's always booked. Always a timely, professional job and everyone is so friendly. I have seen customers come in and treat the staff very rudely and they always handle it with grace. I would recommend Luxury Nail Spa to everyone.

I'd leave a zero if I could. In less than a year they have given my appointment away to someone else. The management hides from complaints and leave the receptionist to take all the heat. When they called me back they offer a whopping 20% discount on my next service. Ridiculous. Poor customer service and money hungry.

I went in 3 days ago and had my nails done. 1st problem was I had an appt at 1 with ty. Once I arrived they told me he's in Vietnam somone should have called you (they didnt) so she said manager will pick someone good for you. So I got my nails done and They look awful they are thick and crooked and just badly shaped. She asked if I liked them before she put color on and I looked and they seemed ok other then some were way longer then the others so she trimmed them down. Well I've been here twice in the last month the first time I met a friend from work there for manicures and then we went back the next week and had pedicures. It's in a strip mall it's bigger inside than it looks they have a lot of stations. Staff were wearing masks due to the corona but they didn't force you to wear a mask if you didn't want to. As with all nail places they try to upsell to the powder of the gel nails. I was satisfied. With a pedicure they have the chairs that give you the massage and we paid extra for the wax dipping on your hand and your feet. It was

Luxury, not so much. I'm visiting Dayton for company business and needed a pedicure. I walked into the door at 6:50 and yes I know they close at 7pm, but I guess I'm accustomed to the nail salons in GA where the customer (or cash) is most important. I was ignored by the lady at the front desk and when she finally addressed me it was after 7pm; and guess what she said.....we're closed!

I've been to this nail spa twice now. Got gel on fingers and nails first time and everything went great and the gel lasted forever. Just went the second time.. decided to do acrylics, coffin style with a matte top coat. Everything was going really good until I realized at the end that the matte coat was streaky :( apparently they were running out of the matte top coat and used the very last bottle on me... was wondering why she kept digging into it trying to get stuff out of the bottle rather than simply getting another. Nice-looking place and the nail tech, Teresa, was very friendly, but she didn't seem to know how to do nails correctly. I got a no-chip gel polish, and the application was AWFUL. She got a lot of gel on my fingertips, (a fact I didn't realize until I was closely examining my fingers while waiting for a brow wax..see pics).
