I am visiting from out of town and made the nail stop here before Thanksgiving. They have a huge salon, many chairs for manicures and pedicures. There was no wait when we came in. They had a very clear menu and prices were stated on the check in sheet which is something I've never seen before. We got a complimentary water. They were very quick. My only point of feedback was they didn't do the pedicure and manicure together and I felt like the employee was rushed while doing my manicure. Overall great experience and would recommend.

She did an amazing job at my galaxy themed nails! The pics do not do it justice! Highly recommended. My husband was pleased with his pedicure as well!

Randomly came to this place. There were no reviews related to waxing still took a risk. Once tech was ready for me she walked up to me didn’t speak just stood in front of me pointing at my name . Followed her to the back still no words spoken. Never been here before I was confused on where we were going. Pills scissors out trims my longer hairs. Applies wax pulls it off so fast the wax doesn’t even have time to merge w the strips. Pulled out a mirror for less then 3 seconds for me to see them. SMH. I am a licensed cosmetologist from a different state. Experience should have been way better

I went in to get a pedicure and manicure. I should have canceled the moment I walked in. But stayed optimistic and really wanted some pampering. "Be" did both my pedi and mani. She gave off the impression she just wasn't feeling it. Then I soon realized the impression reflected the work. I paid $105 just for some lotion and polish. Never felt relaxed one time. I do like the color and how she painted both toes and nails. But for the price I paid, I had hoped for more relaxation and pampering. Lesson learned and I will take my money else where.

Yesterday my husband and I went for pedicures which was amazing, and I went for a full set and I loved the way my nails came out, not what I originally asked for but they still did a fantastic job however I noticed this morning the gel on my thumb looked odd and when I looked closer there was a bubble of gel that was not dry, now my thumb is missing a lot of the polish. Overall I would my experience was amazing just wished my nails were cured a little longer.

I want to say up front, happy with the work but the hospitality was terrible. I walked in my friend was already there and holding my seat as we had appointments. One person came over, sat down like they were going to start my pedicure... then packed up and left without saying anything. Then someone finally came to do mine..: just felt very unwelcome from the minute I walked in.

First I would like to say I got dip nails for the first time and I absolutely dislike . I picked a teal color and the nail tech pick a different color for my nails instead of telling me they didn’t have the color at eight and dip so my nails and feet don’t match.I got a pedicure and a full set my service was rushed they had me twisting and turning in the chair like I was in aerobics class I got my feet and hands done at the same time so my nails are crooked and lumpy. The corners of my nail especially but the whole nails are sharp and like they were not filed properly .I will never go back

I went on a Wednesday last week. I paid $193 for my services and it was ALL terrible. They did a full acrylic set and 2 nails fell off 4 days later. I got a pedicure and they did a terrible job. The pedi wasnt the shape I wanted nor was it even. There are places the gel was cured onto my skin. My friend got a manicure and they cut their finger to the point of leaking blood. I cannot believe I was recommended this place. I am sure the price is just for the complimentary drinks. Which were 3 oz at best.

This place is great when you get in. Problem is they miss the mark on booking. The only reason I'm mentioning it is because it has happened in several occasions. When I ask to book with specific techs, then show up, they tell me that tech is off or with another client. Finally, the last time they did it, I just left and went elsewhere. It apparent the girls at the front desk are new and training, which is great, but they really need to make sure they get it right. They didn't care much that I left either.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with hand sanitizer at check in. Gentleman also checked temp. Picked out color & even with a large group of other customers around the same time, we were all seated in pedicure chairs within about 5-8 minutes.
Staff looked very uniform, clean, and professional wearing all black attire. The pedicure area was impressive with easily over 25 chairs! We were spaced out appropriately

I am always skeptical trying new nail salons because I am very picky about how my nails turn out. I mean, I'm spending $50 on this so I want it to look good! Well I got what I asked for at Luxury!
First off, the place is huge and they have a decent amount of employees working so you can get in pretty quickly. It's also clean and doesn't smell horrible like other places I've been to. And I saw a bar there, but I have not checked that out yet. I also think they have a great selection of regular and gel polishes.
