Let me start by saying they did a great job on my acrylic set, I love them. If it was just for the nails I would rate 5 stars. But my pedicure experience has left me with a gaping cut on my foot almost a week later. It is small but incredibly painful and not healing. Originally I wasn't going to say anything as the lady who did my pedicure was super sweet. But at this point I definitely felt I needed to leave a review. Along with the cut you can also tell a week later and the rest of my foot definitely doesn't look like I just got a pedicure.

I went to get my nails done yesterday after work as a walking, waited for long time to get seated as I expected for a walking right before New Years eve. I recommend making appointment if you got plans for the day. Their waiting list app was easy to use, people are friendly, place is clean and nice atmosphere. The price was decent. I'll attach before and after pictures. The pictures before is what I did myself with glue on nails and red nail polish. After is their dip powder over my natural nails. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

It was my first time there. I was on table 12. I showed what l wanted on my phone 4-5 times and asked the lady “this is what you’re doing right” she kept saying yes but unfortunately she just did what she knew to do. I love square shaped nails but my thumbs were unacceptable and uneven. I asked her to fix it because l knew it was gonna break, she filed a little and then went extremely fast for coloring like she wanted to hide. And of course those sharp edges ended 6 hours than it was broken on the side… l hope you guys do listen your customers more and do not rush.

I had to wait 20 mins and it was well worth the wait! I got the Gel X extensions and I can’t remember who my technician was, but she did a great job! Love my nails. The salon was clean and all the staff were communicative, professional, and friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Lupe and Tracy are my girls and I just love them to pieces and they know me well and know exactly how to handle my nails both on my hands and on my feet 😊 I have had other nail techs but unfortunately I can’t remember their names for the life of me. I have never had a bad experience here the staff have always been nice, patient and accommodating. As I am a cosmetologist and also licensed to do nails I understand their world I notice that they follow state board regulations for cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Will always go back! Highly recommend! 😍

I was hoping to get my nails done here but good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They have implemented a system in which if they don't answer the phone, you will get a text message asking your name & what service you want. It said you will get a response by end of day. Mind you I did submit the request early that morning. I did not get a response at all and it's been two days. I will take my business elsewhere.

Booked my first appointment at Lounge Nail Spa a week or so in advance. Never got the text with the code to enter, and their system seemed down. No bother, technical issues happen.
The tech was skilled, she did a great job on my nails and toes.
Two days later I had a massive staph infection break out on my ankles, feet, and legs. It was very uncomfortable. The infection had to be treated with antibiotics and was a very unpleasant experience.
I reached out to Lounge Nails so they could fix the problem (I'm guessing they aren't cleaning the filters in the spa chairs? The bowl was newly lined.

Came to Nail Spa with two other people to get a pedicure. Sat down at the same time as them but was not touched for 30 minutes while they received their pedicures. When someone finally got to me, she RUSHED through. I was done within 5 minutes of the rest of my party who started 30 minutes before me. She did not trim my cuticles, she did not use the foot file, she left nail polish all over my skin. I'm extremely disappointed to have paid full price for a half done pedicure.

I've been struggling to find a good nail salon and thought I would give lounge nail spa a try due to its 4 star rating. I checked in online and was 12th on the waiting list. No problem, I finished up a few things and headed that way. I received a message stating to come on in. So I did and responded with enter as a text requested. They put me in a chair about 30 minutes later but one hour later a technician still has yet to begin my pedi. I was told that I could go out of the door with a half a job done because they failed to let me know they wouldn't have time to finish. I spoke to the manager himself who told me it would only be about 30 minutes. I waited hours before I was even notified there was a chair ready. Covid safety: Excellent. You check-in online and wait in your car for a text before entering. All staff and customers are wearing masks. There's plexiglass between the customer and manicurist.

They did a fantastic job! The exact shape, color and length I wanted. I'm now probably 4-5 weeks out and they still look amazing, just grown out. They used tips to extend my nails. It's a little pricey and they took a LONG time working on them but I honestly think it's worth it. The sparkle of the holographic glitter is stunning!

This is the best nail spa in the area. I always take first available technician and each has been amazing. They always take their time even if they are super busy. Some places you can tell they rush you through if there is a wait. I have never felt rushed. They always pay attention to detail and make sure you have a great experience. They are a bit pricey but worth it for a quality experience.

Because of COVID and not feeling comfortable I didn't get my nails for all of 2019. So sad! Today I felt ready to hop back into a salon and was in the area and I'm glad I stopped in.
Immediately I felt comfortable. They take appts as well as walk-ins. I didn't have an appt and was still seated right away.
I wanted a gel manicure on my natural nails and was in and out in under and hour. Impressive! I showed Tracy a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like and she did a great job.

3 stars because it's a great atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and rarely long wait times. The owner is super nice and great at her job. The pedicure chairs are very relaxing, and I love the scrubs. Minus 2 stars because every time I get my nails done, something goes wrong. The first time, the color I asked for wasn't available, so she gave me a color she said was an exact match. This nail salon was yet another let down by yelp. I came here on a Sunday and reserved a spot online. I specifically booked for Hang due to the amount of reviews about her. Came here based solely on Yelp reviews and this place is amazing. I'm in Dayton for only a short time so women know how difficult it is getting your nails done at a different place other than your "regular" nail shop.

I treated my sister and mother Deluxe pedicures (the top shelf item) my mom ended up having one of the owners (sina) she said she was amazing, gentle and overall wonderful! Mom says 5stars
My sister got a lady whom she was pleased with for her deluxe pedi then she got the basic mani and there was a spot on her finger that was causing her pain and she asked her lady to stop touching it and the lady still kept digging at her finger.... but She said she did a great job with the painting and that she'd totally go back and see her !!! so Beth says 4stars

This is a crazy busy location. Which makes sense because it looks like everyone was a regular there. That was a good start. I came in right when they opened and was a walk in and it took about 5 mins. Ken spent a lot of time soaking my acrylic nails off that were long over due. He did a great job soaking them off because my nails had minimum damage. He then did a great job at my shellac manicure. I was there for probably 2 hours. They aren't cheap. They don't have mani and pedi specials. I'm going to go get another manicure and pedicure soon. They are really clean and tons of parking

they have private parking and that is great and convenient.
once you come in you will notice that they keep the culture of a salon alive.
these staff members are fun, talk to the customers and make jokes amongst themselves but we all have fun with them while getting pampered!
it is definitely not like all nail salons now a days that you watch your nail tech talking in a foreign language to others and wonder if they are talking about you lol
