I got my nails done (dip) for a wedding on a Thursday, the next day 4 of them had already chipped. I called and asked if they could fix them the morning before the wedding (saturday) and they could not due to other appointments. Then I asked for some if not all of my money back because 2 of them had completely chipped off. Very disappointed.

The people are all very nice and the place is nice so it was nothing like that. But I paid $43 for just gel polish plus tip, so not even a manicure.. but I had a manicure 3.5 weeks prior at another place (and that gel lasted up until then)and I didn’t need another mani yet. Anyways, this polish started lifting 3 days after getting it done. That’s probably the soonest I have ever had it happen. I’ve had gel start peeling fast but not that fast and not multiple nails. Super unhappy with the quality and the amount of money for 3 days. I didn’t get a chance to go back in because it’s so far

Great environment, everyone in there is really nice. but if you are going to get any kind of design i don’t reccomend coming here. they’re great at shaping and painting base colors but the designs usually don’t look good. kim gave me a really bad manicure (first pic) but i went back in and mike gave me a new design (2nd pic) and was very understanding and nice. i also saw lexi for a flame design one time (3rd pic) , it was alright. i’ll come back for plain colors but will need to find a new place for nail art.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Got gel polish for a medi/pedi and it is suppose to last at least 2 weeks.
The polish completely peeled off my nail within three days. When I called and spoke to the manager (Michael) I was told that they only lasted for two days and he can't do anything about it.

I went here a while ago and it was my first experience with ever getting my nails done. It is because of this horrible experience I endeavored to learn to do my own nails. The lady I got (who's name I do not remember) thoroughly made fun of my double thumb the entire time. ( a condition I was born with and had surgery on) She also kept slapping my hand rather roughly when she laughed at me and I did not enjoy that. The manicure was ehhh I honestly can do a better job at home so I don't make that mistake anymore. Also there was a 5 min hand massage included which lasted no more than 30

Always great service and very friendly!! The salon is clean and my nails look great when I leave. They have several pedi chairs so it's easy to go with friends or mother/daughter. I have gotten my eyebrows done here as well and a great job with those too! I will always go here for my nail services!!

I don't go to nail salons often, and when I do, I have to admit I am quite picky when it comes to nail places. I'm not from around the area (not even from Ohio either), but this salon delivers! The salon is adequately big with enough ventilation that I couldn't smell the chemicals. i

Talk about bad service. I received a basic pedicure and one set of nails took them 3 1/2 hours. I did not get the pedicure I asked for. I then got my nails done. Basic French tip and this is what I got. The pinks are different on each hand and some fingers are completely different colors. The first tech screwed up completely and then the other lady tried covering it up. They charged me the full price for this crappy work and service. Finally, they cut my finger when they were covering up the really bad work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

Great work! Rushed to get started and felt pressured to pick a color within a minute or two... Asked for a pedi and a gel paint but ended up doing a manicure so had to pay the difference. The place could use some updates. I hate small talk during a spa experience and just want to chill and was able to do!! Over all experience was great!
