The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

Don't ever move here.
Mold in all the units I've been in and all they do is paint over it. There's roaches & gnats everywhere. I kept my apartment spotless and still had problems with bugs and mold. There's trash everywhere outside. I've had my car vandalized two times and nothing was done. Children set a fire next to my unit and nothing was done. There is no security on duty at all.
Office staff is beyond rude. And the manager of Dominium is rude also. She talks to you like you're nothing. I've had items stolen out of my apartment when the maintenance comes when I'm out. A $500 necklace is MISSING
