If i could give zero stars i would this place is nice the property is nice. But between one of the Maintanace men attitude and the office lady Isabel and maria they have horrible customer service. They watch everything you do make complaints for every little thing. Tow your car or your visitors car so quickly. They will lie to get their way and make accusations that they have no proof or evidence of. Its so disappointing and disgusting the lack of respect for the residents. If you have better choices of where to live i would keep looking. Worse experience ever in my life renting with concordâ€

Absolutely horrible place to stay, more like an prison with no privacy, management is very rude & nasty. I wouldn’t recommend no one to consider this place as home!! The cable is a scam, water bill is overpriced, Landlord walk the property daily finding the smallest errors to put a note on your door. Not a kids friendly complex !!! NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE‼️

Horrible experience, there are visitor parking spaces but they fill up cause there are 3 only if they see you park even for 10 minutes your car gets towed without warning and without you being there any certain time period. Went to visit my sick sister in law and was there an hr middle of the day I saw the maintenance guy and didn’t say anything then called the tow truck on is without us even staying for long at all such a disgusting way to deal with people, sorry sis in law but now coming to visit any time soon. So messed up the guys could have said something because I don’t believe that they

IMHO It's a great place to live, close to everything and maintenance are wonderful but the water bill is a scam, if you're a single person, you will be charged for other resident's usage, it is not distributed fair, it's very frustrating when you're on a budget as well. I guess that's where everyone's comments about dishonesty comes from. You will benefit though if you receive any government assistance and have Section 8.

Summer cove has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The unit itself is gorgeous and spotless... maintenance guys aren't sketchy (c'mon we've all had run ins with that, right?) and they take care of any issues right away.. the pool is to die for.. but the best part is the office staff. They're always helpful and patient and willing to work with me. Really grateful for this place!
