This property management company is extremely un-professional. I was on the market to rent and spoke to an individual who explained the process for renting one of their properties that was not available at the moment. They advised me to call every so often as they could not provide a date when the house would be ready due to work being done, and viewing it while under construction was not permitted as it was a liability for them. They also advised no one could submit an application unless you viewed the property first. After 3 weeks of calling for the same property every other day basically, I

They explained even though they had a home listed on Zillow they couldn't take an application for it until current tenants where still in the home . Peace of mind if you're still in home with this company you have first opportunity to release it rent has to be adjusted due to market .Sundance thank you .

Trying to get them to make repairs is a nightmare, and the move out is a sad horrible experience. They refuse to do walk thrus with tenant. So they can claim more of your deposit. Beware they only give you 15 days to dispute it. Wen you get that notice act quickly to prevent them from stealing your deposit.
Our washer stopped working it actually was overflowing constantly so we are without one. They took weeks to send a repair person. Even then it was never fixed so they told us to leave it in garage and we purchased one to use. Sad it is in lease for them to provide.

A contractor that was working on a property that is managed by "Sundance" damaged my lawn. We called them 3 times and they never returned our call, so I stopped by the office. They would not take responsibility for anything that the contractor damaged, nor would they give me the name of the contractor. Another contractor placed several gallons of paint (partially filled) on the side of the road for trash pickup, only to run them over with their vehicle upon leaving the property. It took them a week to pick up the mess and our road is still covered in paint. They are extremely rude

Horrible customer service. Recently move out from one of their property. The owner was the cheapest man on earth. In my neighborhood people told me that he was rude, and assh$&@ They house was not painted, pool screens detached a month after I moved, refrigerator broke and they replace it for an apartment one(very small). Old house with patches everywhere.When moved out they overcharged unfairly. They add things that the house didn't have at the moving time. We clean carpet bathroom, mound lawn. I removed my own trash and they even charge me for that. Make sure that take notes on minimal details

Horrible company, they lack customer service. Our tenants decided to move out earlier and we were not informed by the staff at Sundance of Florida, instead we learned via the tenants themselves by pure luck. This is horrible, This company has no communication channels with its clients. Another thing. Today Monday, June 2nd we are still waiting to get the keys to the house, after the tenants move out on Friday, we went by today and the owner LIE to our face by saying that before the end of the day we would have the keys. Rented my home through them a few years back. On the plus side, they found a renter fast that stayed for nearly 3 years and I never had a problem with them in that time. It wasn't until after I moved back into my house I realized the problem.
The renter destroyed my place. Roach infestation, dog scratch marks on wood cabinetry, holes in the drywall, lint trap in dryer hadn't been cleaned in three years, front door had been kicked in, shower-head broken, outdoor light replaced with broken outdoor light, oil stains all over the garage, moving truck hit the roof over the garage with visible

I met with Bill Hathaway who is going to be taking care of the rental of my condo. He was very informative and friendly and I have a very good feeling that my place will get taken care of and rented in no time.
