Beautiful apartments, but horrible I mean HORRIBLE and unprofessional staff. Leader of them all Christina. Throughout our almost 2 year stay here, the staff never failed to provide horrible service. Rude, condensing attitudes, unwillingness to help. The list goes on and on. Owners really need to clean house and hire new people, especially a new manager who is the face of the complex. Also for the people that are moving out and looking to get a refund for their deposit, don't even expect that. They charged us at first $61 for carpet replacement, but then modified it to $215 for "carpet cleaning

I actually tried to break my lease only 3 months in because of how disgusting their facilities are and their terrible responses and service. We've had a severe bug issue that has gone untreated despite numerous complaints and recommendation by pest providers for more serious measurements. We are so glad we moved here! The apartment is pretty great compared to the others we looked at before this one. And it's on the lower average price for the two bed and bathroom with this sq ft space. The office is active and responsive. The area is always taken care of and clean. We love it and will definitely find it difficult to move eventually.

I’ve lived at Ariel for 1 year and half now and they are beautiful apartments and all but the staff is HORRIBLE. They are entitled and rude . I think I’ve only had 1 good experience with the staff.(front office) I spoke to the manager about a crazy $500 increase to my rent while others have been paying the same for years . And her response was I need to do my research and there’s not apartments that compare to these lol. I’ve lived in Orlando all my life and it took me a long time to decide on these . The area and apartment buildings are nice. However, the staff here is terrible. There was only one staff member that was nice. Most of the staff members are rude. I signed up for a 6 month lease before the covid pandemic started. When I tried to end the lease, they started making excuses stating that I opted for an option that did not let me end my lease. I ended up paying full rent for the remaining time period. Also, there was a small pest issue in the apartment BEFORE I moved. I requested for them to come and clean the apartment. About 25 months ago, I moved to Orlando from San Diego and after looking at several apartment complexes, I chose Ariel and I’m so glad I did. First, and most importantly, the staff is awesome! I have to give special shout outs to Hannah, Lisha, and Krystle who were attentive, friendly, professional, and just a joy to be around. Whenever I had a question or needed some assistance, they were always willing to help. It’s rare to find a full staff that is always positive and so welcoming with nothing but smiles.

Hannah was amazing!! From the first phone to inquire about this place to staying late for when I arrived to get my keys. Spacious layout with updated look & appliances. Having a fur baby going from a home to an apartment , she is happy too running through the dog park & all the doggie stations so pet friendly.
Every staff member I’ve encountered has been professional & personable, appreciating the environment so far. I feel safe too which is important..

Me, myself, and I moved here 2 years ago. It's been a great experience at Ariel. I've always felt safe, I've only needed maintenance a couple times, and they've always come no problem. It's quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors. The only reason I'm moving is because I want an attached garage. If this place had an elevator and/or garage, or covered parking I would probably stay forever. But I feel like the rent price is fair and I will miss living here.

Ariel Apartments has been an amazing place to live! I have a dog, so I love how large the dog park is (1 acre and its fenced in) and that there are doggy stations throughout the whole community! There is a nice playground here, and the whole community is well maintained. My building is detailed at least once a month (which I never experienced at another community), and they have a couple that coordinates community events at least once a month and are usually fun to attend!

This apartment complex was my sanctuary during 2020! All of the leasing and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They strive to keep the apartment grounds clean and beautiful. The neighbors have all been so respectful and it has been a peaceful environment! I am getting ready to move out of the state, otherwise, I would be staying here for another year (or more).

Terrible customer service. Living here was a nightmare
I was charged an entire month's rent for not verbally stating my end date (even though it was listed on my lease agreement!!!!) I'm a student with crippling student loan debt, and a fee that huge seemed like overkill.
I tried calling the corporate office MULTIPLE times, and the director hung up in my face! I could not believe how unprofessionally this was handled.
I honestly feel SCAMMED by this leasing company. I suggest avoiding all the hidden fees and loopholes so that you do not get scammed like I did, but if you do choose

Recently visited this apartment complex since a friend of mine moved there. The location is great and it seems like it's part of that Lake Nona area that continues to grow. Meaning, prices are a bit cheaper since these are new apartment homes That are "looking" to be rented.
Apartment complex is beautiful, gated and has a nice community center. When I visited my friend, I was very impressed with the apartment. Laminated flooring, a balcony and an awesome kitchen with an island on the middle. Beautiful restrooms with hotel-like tub. I'm considering this place for when my lease
