I have loved every single second of moving here. My fiancé and I moved here September 2021 and are so pleased with deciding to live here. The office staff are so nice and kind. From our application process to signing our lease they go above and beyond. Anita is so nice and funny and definitely made us feel like we were home. Maintenance responds very quickly and are very respectful of your property. They keep the complex looking top notch and super clean. Migdalia is my favorite. She has been the best with us. She’s absolutely awesome! We love that we can call Academy Village, home.

I loved living here and sad I had to move. Quiet and safe neighborhood, spacious apartments. Anita and Carmen were so amazing to me I will miss them!!! They treat you like family! From the office staff to the maintenance staff…hands down the best of the best!!!! Thank you all for an amazing living experience.

I like the community because they give good service when it is needed and their manager and employees are very respectful and friendly the Manager is very responsible and respectful and a very good administrator

I have only lived her for 6 months, but I love living here. It is so convenient to shops and highways. The whole process from application to signing the lease was so easy. Anita was so professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I didn't have to call for updates , she would email me with reminders. By the time I signed the leased I had come to know her so well, she cares about her tenants and clearly loves her job. She is professional and responds to your request in a timely manner.

I have lived here for 6 years now and I have loved every single day of it. All the staff from Management to Maintenance are all great and make it easy to keep renewing! Anita, Carmen and Jorge are always a pleasure to speak with and handle any and all concerns I have accordingly.

Apartment is nice and clean Mostly quite except for the construction but that is in the contract. It will all be better when it's over. Management towed my motorcycle while I was on my 2 week honeymoon because they thought it was "wrecked" and wont bring it back. $400 to get back and was not deducted from rent either. Address this with management via email because I have a full and part time job on top of full time school and they dont get back to you.

I just renewed my second year in this community. I love living here. They maintain the surroundings very clean. The maintenance staff are great, they respond very quickly any problems you may have.
All office staff are awesome, Anita explain very well your lease agreement, you can tell she love her job. We do fun community activities and they are always happy to see you.
In Overall, I recommend this place! Of course they deserve 5 star!!!

Lived here for 1 year and 1/2 and can surely say that the staff is friendly, management is efficient, professional, and civil, not to be confused with weak. I have never had to submit any complaints, but I have read many notices to deter any unwanted or unsafe events from continuing to happen, which I think is very productive. Every week there is an activity for the community members to engage. The premises are kept clean and up to date ( power washing and painting). It is a quiet safe community I have had the honor to call home.
