I've been living here for almost a month and why yes its very pretty and the staff is helpful at times. The apartments are cheaply made and you can most definitely tell the building was rushed when being made. Every day I come home and can never find a parking space near my building, I'm forced to park on the outside of my OWN community just because the guest always take up all the parking( you would think for the price they would have a community patrol enforcing parking) .Now they do have a parking space you can purchase for $25 a month not even a month has passed and it was increased to $35

From the moment we searched this apartment, the process has been so easy. honestly the nicest most easy going staff ever! When we moved the staff member even guided us to our apartment, the welcome gift was a nice surprise. Anytime we have a problem, the staff members are quick to reply and solves any situation as soon as possible. All the apartments I’ve lived in have never responded nor communicate frequently like this one. Love the fact that there are rewards and activities! Apartment is beautiful and me and my significant other can see ourselves here for a long while! Thank you !!
