We've been tenants for about 4 years and we have nothing but good things to say about Nancy and John. Always available and very responsive to any questions we had, maintenance, repairs, renewals, and even now during our moving process. We are moving to Nevada, and really hope our next Property Management company provides the excellent service like Nancy and John do. Highly recommended!!

Nancy and John Werner are a fabulous husband and wife team that have been my realtors for over 15 years. They have helped me buy and sell 5 historic homes and rent 2 properties recently. They listen to your needs and always find homes I love that are in my price range. They are savvy negotiators, honest, diligent and always represent me with my best interest in mind. With my rent rental contract they made sure the home was sound and the rent and the terms of my lease were fair.

Coming off a bad experience with a property manager last year, my husband found Nancy and John Werner's website and liked the idea of a husband/wife team. Nancy was the first and last person he talked to. We met with her the next day and the rest is history! She has found great renters for our home and takes care of it when it's empty. She is very honest and won't hold back if she feels someone wouldn't be right for our place even at her own expense. Would highly recommend Nancy for your property manager. Ruth K.

We have been working with Nancy for years. She helped us buy our house, she takes care of it when we leave town. She goes above & beyond with anything we need from plumbing fixes, cleaning, car services, yard work, the county office, etc..she is on top of everything asap. We feel so lucky to have found her, as we have worked with other agents and no one compares to her. We would give her 100 stars if we could. Nancy is really the best!
