I've worked with individuals experiencing a wide variety of problems, both in private practice and in clinical training at NYU School of Medicine, Bellevue Hospital, James J. Peters VA Medical Center, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Stanford University School of Medicine and my Bachelor's Degree from Sarah Lawrence College.

In addition to my private practice, I'm the founder and CEO of Felix - a healthcare innovation firm that develops mobile applications to encourage healthy behavior. I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in individual therapy and teletherapy for adults. I work with clients to identify and resolve barriers to achieving a happy and healthy life.
Services
I practice in both New York and California, and work with clients flexibly using a combination of in-person and video sessions. I can accommodate clients who travel for work, live internationally, split time between homes, or have unusual schedules. The process begins by contacting me for an initial consultation.
Therapy begins with a personal connection. I work with each client to create an individualized treatment based on their unique goals and experiences. I believe that therapy should respect human diversity and complexity, and avoid a focus on pathology in favor of a developmental / humanistic perspective.
