Sewer scopes are video inspections of your home's lateral sewer line. We insert a small video camera into the line to view if the sewer line is clogged, broken, or in great shape! Cooper homes are fantastic, Dylan answered the phone right away suggested what I needed for an insurance inspection. He was able to schedule me for the next day. They were on time, very professional, and respectful. I was also very happy about the cost it was very affordable. If I need an home inspector in the future I will definitely use them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cooper Home Inspections! Dylan provided a detailed and timely Home Inspection, Wind Mitigation and coordinated WDO/Termite Inspection as a home buyer. Pictures provided with detailed findings and recommendations for corrective actions. Military friendly company and would definitely recommend for ALL, but especially for VA mortgages.

Very...Very PLEASED with Cooper Home Inspection. Dylan and his associate were professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I absolutely value his reporting system as the report is user friendly and detailed. Also, the 360 degree photography was a very nice surprise and a super value add!!! The report is very easy to navigate and easy to comprehend! Also, I really appreciate that the pool inspection was included as part of the home inspection at no additional cost as we have found with others.
