Steve went above and beyond my expectations with his buyer inspection, 4-point, and wind mitigation inspections of a 1959 built home we were considering purchasing.
He came out and spent several hours doing the inspection and the reports were promptly delivered.

Exceptional! Steve performed a wind mitigation study on my house, which I shared with my insurance company and immediately saved $1600 a year! I can’t say enough about Florida superior inspections. Steve was outstanding, punctual, personable, reasonable and very very thorough. Although not part of the wind mitigation effort, he even helped identify parts of my ceiling that were under insulated! Highly recommended!

Steve was friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job during the roof inspection process. He gave special attention to detail, letting me know how to tell if the roof was properly repaired, and also suggested that the repair company take pictures during the process so I would know exactly what they did. He had great follow up post inspection, and I had the inspection report in hand the same day. I highly recommend him!
