Alex Uribe came out to do our inspection and was as detailed as I could have ever hoped. He gave us everything we needed to feel comfortable about moving forward with the transaction. I’ve used Acusystem Inspections a few times now and their team is amazing. Earlier this year I was switching homeowner’s insurance and was required to get a 4-point inspection with very short notice. Dave and his team fit me into the schedule so I could meet the deadline. About a month ago I was told I’d need a termite inspection and a water test. Dave’s team came through again! This company was excellent from start to finish. John replied to messages quickly and included the wind mitigation/4-point inspections in the base price and was STILL cheaper than every other quote. Every other company charged extra for these and their base price started out higher. I needed a Wood Destroying Organism (termite) inspection also and John set that up for me with a pest control company. Just finished the home inspection. I have to say, very glad to have found this company on Yelp. From the start, John was very flexible with setting up the inspection. Extremely thorough and detailed experience. David completed our inspection, and was very knowledgable and helpful with questions and concerns that we had. Being a first time home buyer, we had plenty of questions. Feel so much better after David walked us through each photo of the inspection, explaining what to notice and look for. Robert was excellent, fast, efficient and professional. He actually inspected two homes for me, the first one fell through on the sellers part. He took me around both homes and told/showed me everything that would need work/fixed, or how to maintain certain things to extend the life of (plumbing, ac, electric...) certain things.
