Wow, I'm super impressed with how wonderful Sakula Yoga is. They offer classes for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

With businesses being closed, and not being able to get to the gym, I was looking for something to help me stay active and keep me from going insane. I'm definitely that person that needs to have someone or something motivating me, because if I'm by myself, I'm not doing it, lol. I found out that Sakula has been improvising and now offering virtual classes with instructors, so I decided to to try a class.

Mary H. hosted the class I chose and she is

Came in today with my sister, and our instructor Steph was great. It was my first time doing yoga and she was very helpful and insightful. My body felt very good and restored after the class. Will definitely come back

Sakula is an incredible studio! As someone who has practiced yoga in NYC and LA, I can say that Sakula is one of the best studios I've been to. It embodies true yoga principles and allows each practitioner to get what he/she wants out of the experience. I love the Sunday class with Kate. She's an inspiring instructor and challenges us both mentally and physically. She helps me think about poses differently to stretch and strengthen in new ways. Other classes and instructors I've learned from at Sakula have been excellent too. Ro, the studio owner, is friendly, funny, and caring.

Great studio with a warm and welcoming environment. Plenty of classes to choose from depending on your level. I loved how the Instructor was hands on and came adjust your poses as needed. You will definitely get a good work out in as you relish in shavasina.

There's a water cooler available and bathroom. Plenty of parking in the back of the building as well.

I have been here twice. It's a nice enough studio and the instructors are amazing. The classes are a great length and the location/parking is easily assessable. The only negatives are that before experiencing your first class typically you get asked to buy a series of classes...and if you don't...then you are told you won't have that opportunity again! That felt a bit off putting to me. Eventually I got a card in the mail offering the series again for the same price so that was very nice! Secondly, I'm a very busy mom and I rarely get a chance to myself, I was super excited

I'm new to yoga and haven't been able to touch my toes in years, so I didn't know what to expect. I have been coming to Sakula a few times a week and am really happy that I started! It's a warm, friendly environment. There are plenty of classes everyday and a large team of instructors, great for every level of practice. Classes are affordable (75$ first month unlimited, 120$/month thereafter or 15$ per class). Check out their website, it's pretty well organized.

Nice little studio that I stopped in at on a business trip. The practice was a nice vigorous practice after which I felt strong and relaxed. Amazingly there were two deaf women in the class and the instruction was both spoken and in sign language. Learned some new poses which is always good. There is parking in the back.
