I went to Dr. Bacsa for the first time this week. I did tons of research for a new dentist in the area since we moved recently. The reviews did this business justice. The hygienist, Alyssa, was gentle, informative and personable. Dr. Bacsa came in and seemed to actually CARE what I had to say about my treatment plan and really took time to talk with me. I am looking forward to going back in 6 months.

Well, my previous dentist no longer took my insurance so I tried a new one... Dr. Basca took a ton of x-rays and told me I have 8 cavities that need filled. BUT he refused to fill them unless I went to get an MRI of my jaws and try to fix them first (even after explaining that the world's best TMJ specialist has already worked on me). I told him I didn't want to go through any more TMJ surgeries and such so he said he couldn't work on my cavities because I don't open wide enough. (He kept pushing to have the expensive MRI done.)

Poor. First appointment was at 9:00 am. Didn’t get in until 20 minutes later. Next appointment was a review of pictures, with a recommendation to cap a bunch of teeth with old fillings and cracks. I am having no sensitivity to hot or cold, and was not offered any options. Total work was $8,000+. I was offered no other options and was ask to pay for next appointment ($1,800+) two months in advance of the appointment. This is unheard of. You can cancel my April appointment and I will find a reputable Dentist.

Dr. Tim Bacsa and his team do extremely great work, they're kind, exceptional in the care. I haven't had the best dental experiences throughout my life time, Dr. Tim really changed my dental experience.
To say it in another way, I am not the model patient, and they still take care of my teeth as much as I am willing to let them. And they are always kind, gentle, patient, truthful and happy to take care of me. I am so grateful for Dr. Tim Basca and his team, he really has changed my personal experience with dental, I am still learning to trust them.

We Love Dr Bacsa, I went a few years without insurance and had quite a few cavities when I finally got in. He didn’t make me feel bad about it and I’ve always received great customer service. All the staff seems to really enjoy their jobs and have good attitudes. This is definitely the place I refer people who ask for a dentist.

Just had a procedure at Basca Family Dental and I must say that out of all the dental offices I’ve been to in my life, they are definitely the best. Starting with the receptionist to the dental assistant and ending with Dr. Basca, every person I came in contact with was personable yet professional and never judgmental in any way. I’ve always been… scared of dentist but I immediately felt relaxed with Dr. Basca and he made sure I didn’t have to experience pain during the process.
